सं. 52/2025/एसडीआर/खंड-I.—लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 की धारा 60 के खंड (ग) के उपबंधों के अनुसरण में और राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के शासकीय प्रशासन के साथ परामर्श से मामले पर सम्यक्विचार करने पर, निर्वाचन आयोग,एतद्दवारा निर्वाचनों का संचालन नियम, 1961 के मौजूदा उपबंधों तथा आयोग के निदेशों और दिशानिर्देशों के अनुसार, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली विधानसभा के वतर्मान साधारण निर्वाचन, 2025 में अनुबंध-I 225 DG/2025
(1)2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART II—I] (प्रति संलग्न) के अनुसार अनिवार्य सेवाओं में नियोजित व्यक्तियों को मतदान के दिन ड्यूटी पर होने पर डाक मतपत्र द्वारा मत देने के लिए व्यक्तियों के एक वर्ग के रूप में अधिसूचित करता है, उक्त निर्वाचनों का कार्यक्रम 10 जनवरी, 2025 को अधिसूचित किए जाने के लिए निर्धारित है।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 7th January, 2025
No. 52/2025/SDR/Vol.-I.—In pursuance of the provisions of clause (c) of Section 60 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 and on due consideration of the matter in consultation with the Government of NCT of Delhi, the Election Commission hereby notifies the persons employed in the essential services as mentioned in Annexure-I (copy enclosed) as a class of persons to give vote by postal ballot on account of being on duty on the day of poll in the current General Election to the Legislative Assembly of NCT of Delhi, 2025 as per the relevant provisions of existing the Conduct of Elections Rules, 1961, and the Commission's directions and guidelines. The programme of the said election is scheduled to be notified on 10th January, 2025.
