सं. 07/गजट/पी.एफ./अधिर्वर्षता/2025—इस न्यायालय द्वारा जारी अधिसूचना संख्या 08/ गजट/पी.एफ./ अधिर्वर्षता/2020 दिनांक 27.01.2020 के आंशिक संशोधन में, माननीय कार्यकारी मुख्य न्यायाधीश सहर्ष आदेश पारित करते हैं कि अखिल भारतीय सेवाएं (अनुशासन और अपील नियम, 1969) के नियम 8 के अंतर्गत श्री वीरेंद्र कु मार गोयल, दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा के पूर्व अधिकारी (31.01.2020 को निलंबन के दौरान सेवानिवृत्त) के विरुद्ध जांच बंद की जाती है। यह भी आदेश किया जाता है कि आरोपित अधिकारी की निलंबन अवधि को 'ड्यूटी पर रहना' माना जाएगा और उन्हें पहले से दिए जा चुके निर्वाह भत्ते के समायोजन के अध्यधीन, वे अपनी निलंबन अवधि के दौरान सभी वेतन के हकदार होंगे । अधिकारी नियमानुसार सभी परिणामी सेवानिवृत्ति हितलाभ पाने के भी हकदार होंगे ।

No. 07/Gaz/P.F./Superannuation/2025—In partial modification of Notification No. 08/Gaz/P.F. /Superannuation /2020 dated 27.01.2020 issued by this Court, Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice has been pleased to order that the inquiry under Rule 8 of All India Services (Discipline and Appeal Rules, 1969) against Mr. Virender Kumar Goyal, Ex-Officer of Delhi Higher Judicial Service (retired on 31.01.2020 under suspension) is closed. It has been further ordered that the period of suspension of the Charged Officer be treated as 'On duty' and he shall be entitled to all wages for the period of his suspension, subject to adjustment of subsistence allowance already paid to him. The officer shall also be entitled to all consequential retiral benefits as per rules.
