फा. सं. 53/738/सा. प्रशा. वि./समन्वय/2025/411.—राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार (कार्य आवंटन) नियमावली, 1993 के नियम - 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए उप-राज्यपाल, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली, मुख्यमंत्री दिल्ली के परामर्श से, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के मंत्रियों को निम्नलिखित कार्य आवंटित करते हैं । यह आवंटन स्वीकृ त किया जाता है, जहाँ तक कि, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 239 कक के अधीन उप-राज्यपाल को उनको कायों के निर्वहन के लिए मंत्री-परिषद् के द्वारा सहायता और सलाह देना अपेक्षित है तथा राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार (कार्य आवंटन) नियमावली, 1993 के नियम 3 और राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार अधिनियम, 1991 के अनुसार है। तदनुसार, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार के मंत्रियों के पोर्टफोलियो इस प्रकार हैं :-

NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 20th February, 2025
F. No. 53/738/GAD/CN/2025/411.—In exercise of powers conferred under Rule 3 of the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (Allocation of Business) Rules 1993, the Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, in consultation with the Chief Minister, is pleased to allocate the following portfolios to the Ministers of the National Capital Territory of Delhi. The allocation of business to the Ministers is approved, in so far as, such business relates to matters with respect to which the Council of Ministers is required under Article 239AA of the Constitution to aid and advise the Lieutenant Governor in the exercise of his functions, in accordance with Rule 3 of the GNCTD (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1993 and subject to the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi Act, 1991. Accordingly, portfolios of the Ministers of the National Capital Territory of Delhi are as follows: -
