No. 8/95/2020/HP-II/pt.file-IV/324-37.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (8) of section 18 of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the Competent Authority, is pleased to notify the fee structure as mentioned below against the appointment of Sh. Amit Prasad, Special Public Prosecutor appointed in Case FIR No. 22/2020,U/s 124-A/153A/505 IPC P.S. Crime Branch, in Case FIR No. 60/2020 u/s 147/148/149/186/353/302/392/412/120-B IPC r/w 3 /4 PDPP Act(Head Constable Ratan Lal murder case) PS Gokalpuri and in Case FIR No. 75/2020 Dated 28.02.2020 u/s 144/147/148/149/153-A/295-A/302/380/427/436/129- B/134IPC r/w 25/27 Arms Act PS Dayalpur on the following fee structure proposed by Delhi Police vide their letter No. 848/LEGAL CELL/PHQ dated the 13.03.2024:-
