अनुच्छेद 309 के प्रावधान द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा इस सरकार की दिनांक 10.06.1987 के द्वारा इस
सरकार की अधिसूचना संख्या फा. 2(14)/87-एस II के अधिक्रमण में राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल एतद्द्वारा
राष्ट्रीय कैडेट कोर विभाग, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार में मल्टी टास्किंग स्टाफ (सनेटरी) के पद के लिए भर्ती पद्धति
को विनियमित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्ः-

(क) इन नियमों को राष्ट्रीय कैडेट कोर विभाग, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार
में मल्टी टासिंग स्टाफ (सेनेटरी), भर्ती नियमवाली 2025 कहा जाएगा।
(ख) ये शासकीय राजपत्र मे ंअपने प्रकाशन की तिथि से लागू होंगे।
ः-उक्त पदों की संख्या, इनका वर्गीकरण तथा
2 , उससे संलग्न वेतन मैटिक्स में स्तर इन नियमों के साथ संलग्न अनुसूची के कॉलम 2 से 4 मे यथाविनिर्दिष्ट होंगें। 3
उक्त पद की भर्ती पद्धति, आयु सीमा, योग्यताएं एवं इससे संबंधित
अन्य मामले उक्त अुनसूची के कॉलम 5 से 13 में यथाविनिर्दिट होंगे।
4 ेसा कोई भी व्यक्ति,

(क) जो किसी व्यक्ति के जीवित पति/पत्नी के होते हुए विवाह करता है या विवाह का अनुंबंध करता है, या
(ख) जो एक जीवित पति/पत्नी के होते हुए किसी व्यवित से विवाह कर चुका है या विवाह अनुबंध कर
चुका है।
वह उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नहीें होगा।
शर्त यह है कि यदि सरकार संतष्ुट है कि ऐसा विवाह ऐसे व्यक्ति एवं विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार पर लागू व्यक्तिगत
कानून के अंतर्गन अनुमत है और इस बात से संतुष्ट हो जाने पर कि ऐसा करने के लिऐ विशेष आधार है/हैं किसी भी ऐसे
उम्मीदवार को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन की छूट दे सकेगा।
5 ः-जहां सरकार का यह मत हो कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक अथवा समीचीन है तो वह कारणाें
को अभिलिखित करते हुए तथा सेवा विभाग के परामशर् से आदेश द्वारा व्यक्तियों की किसी श्रेणी या वर्ग के संबंध में इन नियमों
के उपबंध में से किसी को भी िशथिल कर सकेंगे।
6 इन नियमों की किसी भी बात का केन्द्र सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय-समय पर जारी किए गए आदेशों
के अनुसार अनुसूचित जातियों, और अनुसूचित जनजातियों, भूतपूर्व सैनिक, अन्य पिछडा वर्गों तथा अन्य विश◌े ष वर्गों के
व्यक्तियों के लिये उपबंन्धित किये जाने के लिए आरक्षण अपेक्षित, आयु सीमा में छुट और अन्य रियायतो ंपर कोई प्रभाव नहीं
पड़ेगा।

NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 27th February, 2025
No. F.9(89)/AO-NCC/Ex-Cadre/SW/2023/1875.— In exercise of the powers confirmed by provision to Article 309 of the Constitution of India and in supersession of Notification No.F.2(14)/87-S.II of this Government issued vide dated 10.06.1987, the Lt. Governor, National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby makes rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Multi Tasking Staff (Sanitary) in National Cadet Corps Department, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, namely :-
1. Short title and Commencement:- (i) These rules may be called the National Cadet Corps Department, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, Multi Tasking Staff (Sanitary), Recruitment Rules 2025. (ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official Gazette.
2. Number of Posts, its classification and Pay Level in the Pay matrix:- The number of said posts, its classification and Level in Pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns 2 to 4 of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Method of Recruitment, Age Limit, Qualification etc.:- The method of recruitment, age limit qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be specified in columns 5 to 13 of the said Schedule.
4. Disqualifications:- No Person -
(a) Who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living;
or
(b) Who having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person:
shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:
4 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV]Provided that the Government may, if satisfied, that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to the such person and other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule. 5. Power to relax:- Where the Government is of the opinion that it is necessary expedient so to do, it may be order, and for the reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
6. Saving –Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxations of age limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Schedule Castes, Schedules Tribes, Ex-Servicemen, Other Backward Classes and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.
RECRUITMENT RULES FOR THE POST OF MULTI TASKING STAFF (SANITARY)
