राष्ट्रीय राजधानी राज्य क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार GOVERNMENT OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI दिल्ली, 7 मार्च, 2025 .—ऊर्जा संरक्षण अधिनियम, 2001 (2001 का 52) की धारा 18 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल एतद्‌ द्वारा राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली में ऊर्जा के कुशल उपयोग तथा उसके संरक्षण हेतु निम्नलिखित दिशा-निर्देश जारी करते हैं, अर्थात्‌ - सरकारी भवनों/सरकारी सहायता प्राप्त संस्थानों/बोर्डों/निगमों में ऊर्जा कुशल ब्रशलेस डीसी (बीएलडीसी) पंखे, 5 स्टार या उससे अधिक एयर कंडीशनर और अन्य स्टार रेटेड ऊर्जा कुशल उपकरणों का अनिवार्य उपयोग- (1) ऊर्जा कुशल बीएलडीसी पंखे, 5 स्टार या उससे अधिक एयर कंडीशनर और अन्य स्टार रेटेड ऊर्जा कुशल उपकरणों को इस अधिसूचना के जारी होने की तिथि से तत्काल प्रभाव से सरकारी क्षेत्र/सरकारी सहायता प्राप्त क्षेत्र/बोर्ड और निगम/स्वायत्त निकायों में निर्मित सभी नए भवनों/संस्थानों में लगाए जाएंगे।

(2) यह अनिवार्य होगा कि मौजूदा भवनों में दोषपूर्ण इंडक्शन मोटर पंखे और एयर कंडीशनर, जब भी बदले जाएं, तो

उन्हें केवल ऊर्जा कुशल बीएलडीसी पंखों, 5 स्टार या उससे ऊपर के एयर कंडीशनर और अन्य स्टार रेटेड ऊर्जा

कुशल उपकरणों से बदला जाएगा।

(3) उपभोक्ता/उपयोगकर्ता विभाग लागत लाभ विश्लेषण के यथोचित उद्यम के साथ अन्य स्टार रेटेड ऊर्जा कुशल

उपकरणों के उपयोग का पता लगा सकते हैं।

No. F. 8 (1)/EEREM/2024-25/925-934.—In exercise of the power conferred by the section 18 of the Energy Conservation Act 2001 (52 of 2001), the Lt. Governor of the NCT of Delhi is pleased to issue the following directions for the efficient use of energy and its conservation in NCT of Delhi namely :-

Mandatory use of Energy Efficient Brushless DC (BLDC) fans, 5 star or above Air conditioners and other star rated energy efficient appliances in Government Buildings/Government aided institutions/ Boards/Corporations.

(1) The energy efficient BLDC fans, 5 star or above Air conditioners and other star rated energy efficient appliances shall be installed in all New Buildings/ Institutions constructed in Government Sector/ Government Aided Sector/ Board and Corporation/ Autonomous Bodies with immediate effect from date of issue of this notification.

(2) It will be mandatory that in existing buildings, the defective induction motor fans and Air conditioners, when replaced, would be replaced by energy efficient BLDC fans, 5 star or above Air conditioners and other star rated energy efficient appliances only.

(3) Consumers/User departments may explore use of other star rated Energy Efficient appliances with due diligence of cost benefit analysis.
