राष्ट्रीय राजधानी राज्य क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार GOVERNMENT OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI दिल्ली, 13 मार्च, 2025 .—राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली में लागू पंजाब न्यायालय अधिनियम, 1918 की धारा 20 के प्रावधानों के अंतर्गत राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल, दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय की अनुशंसा पर, दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा के निम्नलिखित अधिकारियों को प्रधान जिला न्यायाधीश के रूप में नियुक्त करते हैैं, जो निम्न प्रकार है :-

1. सुश्री सुखविंदर कौर के अपने कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तिथि से नियमित आधार पर प्रधान जिला न्यायाधीश के रूप

में नियुक्ति;

2. श्री कँवल जीत अरोड़ा के अपने कनिष्ठ द्वारा कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तिथि से प्रोफार्मा के आधार पर प्रधान जिला

न्यायाधीश के रूप में नियुक्ति; तथा

3. सुश्री निशा सक्सेना के अपने कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तिथि से आगामी निम्न नियम के अंतर्गत प्रधान जिला

न्यायाधीश के रूप में नियुक्ति।

Delhi, the 13th March, 2025

F. No. 6/1/2015-Judl./ Suptlaw/335-343.—Under the provisions of Section 20 of the Punjab Courts Act, 1918, as in force in the National Capital Territory of Delhi, the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, on the recommendation of the High Court of Delhi, appoints the following officers of Delhi Higher Judicial Service as Principal District Judges, as under: -

1. Appointment of Ms. Sukhvinder Kaur as Principal District Judge on regular basis with effect from the date she takes over;

2. Appointment of Mr. Kanwal Jeet Arora as Principal District Judge on proforma basis with effect from the date his junior takes over; and

3. Appointment of Ms. Nisha Saxena as Principal District Judge under next below rule with effect from the date she takes over.
