पठित भूमि अधिग्रहण, पुनर्वास एवं पुनःस्थापन में उचित प्रतिपूर्ति एवं पारदर्शिता का अधिकार नियमावली, 2014 के नियम 3 के

उप-नियम (1) के साथ पठित भूमि अधिग्रहण, पुनर्वास एवं पुनःस्थापन में उचित प्रतिपूर्ति एवं पारदर्शिता का अधिकार

अधिनियम, 2013 (2013 का 30) की धारा 4 की उपधारा (1) एवं (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रीय

राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल एतद्‌द्वारा नए सीवेज उपचार संयत्र, ओखला, नई दिल्ली के निमार्ण हेतु भूमि का

अधिग्रहण करने का प्रयोजन रखते हैं। इस प्रयोजनार्थ अधिग्रहित की जाने वाली भूमि (2 बीघा-12 बिस्वा) गांव जसोला के

खसरा संख्या 590/51/1(02-08) एवं 592/55/2 (00-04) में है, जिसे दिल्ली जल बोर्ड (डीजेबी) राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र

दिल्ली सरकार नए सीवेज उपचार संयत्र, ओखला, नई दिल्ली के निर्माण हेतु अधिग्रहण करने का प्रयोजन रखता है।

पूर्वोक्त भूमि के संबंध में सामाजिक प्रभाव आंकलन का अध्ययन करने के लिए भारतीय लोक प्रशासन संस्थान (आईआईपीए), इन्द्रप्रस्थ एस्टेट, रिंग रोड, नई दिल्ली-110002 को दिनांक 4/4/25. की अधिसूचना सं. फा. 9(25)/भूमि एवं भवन/भूमि अधिग्रहण/2023 129.के द्वारा सामाजिक प्रभाव आंकलन इकाई के रूप में निर्दिष्ट किया गया है। 2496 DG/2025 (1) 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV]

आगे, सामाजिक प्रभाव आकलन का मुख्य उद्देश्य आवश्यकतानुसार सर्वेक्षण तथा जन-सुनवाई के लिए हित धारकों तथा

जनता से परामर्श करना है। सामाजिक प्रभाव आकलन प्रतिवेदन तथा सामाजिक प्रभाव प्रबंधन योजना के लिए समयावधि इस

अधिसूचना के आधिकारिक राजपत्र मेंं प्रकाशन की तिथि से छह माह होगी तथा इसे प्रभावी क्षेत्रों में विशिष्ट स्थानों पर तथा

जिला कलेक्टर (दक्षिण-पूर्व), नई दिल्ली-110024 कार्यालय में, जैसी भी स्थिति हो, वेबसाइट, पोस्टर, सूचना-पत्र एवं

जन-सुनवाई के माध्यम से प्रदर्शित किया जायेगा।

NOTIFICATION

Delhi, the 4th April, 2025

F. No. 9(25)/L&B/LA/2023/41.—In the exercise of the powers conferred by the sub-section (1) & (2) of section 4 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (30 of 2013) read with sub-rule (1) of rule 3 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Rules 2014, read with Govt. of India, Ministry of Home Affair's Notification No.S.O.2740(E) dated 21st October 2014, read with S.O. 2004(E) dated 21/07/2015, the Lt Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, intends to acquire land for construction of New Sewage Treatment Plant, Okhla, New Delhi. The land to be acquired for this purpose is (2 Bigha -12 Biswa) of Khasra No.590/51/1(02-08) & 592/55/2(00-04) of Village Jasola, New Delhi which the Delhi Jal Board (DJB), GNCT of Delhi intends to acquire for construction of New Sewage Treatment Plant, Okhla, New Delhi.

Indian Institute of Public Administration (IIPA), Indraprastha Estate, Ring Road, New Delhi-110002 has been declared for commencement as Social Impact Assessment Unit to carry out Social Impact Assessment Study in relation to aforesaid land vide Notification No. F. 9(25)/L&B/LA/2023/ 129 dated 4/4/25.

Further, the main objectives of Social Impact Assessment are consultation with stake holders and public, survey and public hearing wherever required. The time period for Social Impact Assessment report and Social Impact Management Plan will be six months from date of publication of this notification in the official gazette and same will be disclosed by the way of websites, posters, leaflets and public hearing as the case may be at the conspicuous places in affected areas, and in the office of District Collector (South East), New Delhi 110024.
