फा.सं. 19(2)/2024/आयुष/प्रशा०/941.––औषधि एवं जादुई उपचार (आपत्तिजनक विज्ञापन) अधिनियम, 1954 की धारा 8 के साथ पठित औषधि एवं प्रसाधन अधिनियम, 1940 की धारा 33 (छ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल एतद् द्वारा डॉ० फसीहुर रहमान अंसारी को राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के भीतर उक्त अधिनियम के अन्तर्गत सभी कायों के निष्पादन हेतु औषधि निरीक्षक (यूनानी) के रूप में नियुक्त करते हैं।

No. 19(2)/2024/AYUSH/Admn./941.––In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 33(G) of Drugs &Cosmetics Act, 1940 read with Section 8 of Drugs & Magic Remedies (Objectionable Avertisements) Act, 1954 the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, is pleased toappoint Dr. Fasihur Rehman Ansari as Drugs Inspector (Unani) to do all acts under the said Act within the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
