एफ.सं.13(591)/यूडी/एलबी-I/021800318/2025/428.—F.No. 13 (470)/UD/LB-1/MCD ELECTIONS/ 2022/P1-1/7-17,03 जनवरी, 2023 अधिसूचना के आंशिक आशोधन में, दिल्ली नगर निगम अधिनियम, 1957 (1957 का 66) (संशोधित 2022) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (3) के खंड (ख) के उप-खंड (i) द्धाराप्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उप-राज्यपाल ने श्री राज कु मार भाटिया, पुत्र-श्री शिव दयाल भाटिया (क्रम सं. 5), निवासी- सी-1, पंचवटी, आदर्श नगर, दिल्ली-110033, जिन्होंने दिल्ली विधानसभा के सदस्य के रूप में निर्वाचित होने पर त्याग-पत्र दे दिया था, के स्थान पर सत्र 2022-2027 की शेष अवधि के लिए दिल्ली नगर निगम में प्रतिनिधित्व करने हेतु श्री सागर त्यागी, पुत्र-श्री अनुज त्यागी, निवासी 564/1. बुराड़ी गांव, दिल्ली-110084 को मनोनीत किया है।

NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 29th April, 2025

No. 13(591)/UD/LB-I/021800318/2025/428.—In partial modification of the notification F.No. 13(470)/UD/LB-1/MCD-Elections/2022/P1-1/7-17 dated the 3rd January, 2023 in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (i) of clause (b) of sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957 (66 of 1957), the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby nominates Shri Sagar Tyagi, S/o Shri AnujTyagi, R/o 564/1, Village Burari, Delhi 110084 to be represented in the Municipal Corporation of Delhi for the remaining period of Session 2022-2027 in place of Shri Raj Kumar Bhatia, S/o Shri Shiv Dayal Bhatia (Sl. No.5), R/o C-1, Panchvati, Adarash Nagar, Delhi 110033, who resigned on being elected as Member of Legislative Assembly of Delhi.
