विधि/335-343 दिनांक 30/04/2025 के क्रम में और राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली में लागू पंजाब न्यायालय अधिनियम, 1918 की धारा 20 के प्रावधानों के अंतर्गत, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल, दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय की अनुशंसा पर, दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा के निम्नलिखित अधिकारियों को प्रधान जिला न्यायाधीश के रूप में नियुक्त करते हैं, जो निम्नानुसार हैं : -

1. श्री कंवल जीत अरोड़ा की उनके कार्याभार ग्रहण की तिथि से नियमित आधार पर प्रधान जिला न्यायाधीश के रूप में नियुक्ति; और

2. सुश्री निशा सक्सेना की दिनांक 01.07.2025 से उपलब्ध पद के विरूद्ध उनके कार्याभार ग्रहण की तिथि से नियमित आधार पर प्रधान जिला न्यायाधीश के रूप में नियुक्ति।

F.No. 6/1/2015-Judl./Suptlaw/651-659.—In continuation of Notification bearing No. F. 6/1/2015-Judl./ Suptlaw/335-343 dated 13.03.2025 and under the provisions of Section 20 of the Punjab Courts Act, 1918, as in force in the National Capital Territory of Delhi, the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, on the recommendation of the High Court of Delhi, appoints the following officers of Delhi Higher Judicial Service as Principal District Judges, as under: -

1. Appointment of Mr. Kanwal Jeet Arora as Principal District Judge on regular basis with effect from the date he takes over; and

2. Appointment of Ms. Nisha Saxena as Principal District Judge on regular basis against the post becoming available on 01.07.2025 with effect from the date she takes over.
