I दिल्ली, 13 मई, 2025 I .—गृह मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार की दिनांक 28 जून, 2024 की अधिसूचना एस.ओ. 2506 (ई) तथा भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता, 2023 की धारा 2 के खंड (ध) के साथ पठित दिल्ली पुलिस अधिनियम, 1974 (1978 का अधिनियम सं0 34,) की धारा 10 के अन्तर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल, इस सरकार की दिनांक 31 दिसंबर, 2018 की अधिसूचना संख्या एफ.1/6/2016/गृ0पु0-I/स्था0/6415 से 6422, के आंशिक आशोधन में, एतद्द्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते हैंः संशोधनः 1 उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची क में क्रम संख्या 50 पर, प्रविष्टि 12 में, "तिमारपुर" शब्द के स्थान पर "बुराड़ी" शब्द को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा। 2 उक्त अधिसूचना के अन्य सभी प्रावधान अपरिवर्तित रहेंगे।
यह अधिसूचना शासकीय राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तिथि से प्रभावी होगी।

Delhi, the 13th May, 2025
F. No. 1/6/2016/HP-I/Estt./1420-1428.—In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 10 of the Delhi Police Act, 1974 (Act No. 34 of 1978) read with clause (s) of Section 2 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 and the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, Notification SO 2506 (E), dated 28th June, 2024, the Lieutenant Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, in partial modification of this Government's Notification No. F.1/6/2016/HP-I/Estt./6415 to 6422, Dated 31st December, 2018, hereby makes the following amendments:
Amendment:
1 In Schedule A at Sl. No. 50, Entry 12 of the said notification, for the words "TIMARPUR", the words "BURARI" shall be substituted.
2 All other provisions of the said notification shall remain unchanged.
This notification shall come into effect from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
