की एफआईआर संख्या 212/2020 के मामले में नियुक्त श्री अमित प्रसाद, विशेष लोक अभियोजक की नियुक्ति के निमिा
निम्न उल्लिखित ुल्क संरचना को अधिसूचित करते हैः-

F.No. 8/95/2020/HP-II/pt.file-IV/366-379 -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (8) of section 18 of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the Competent Authority, is pleased to notify the fee structure as mentioned below against the appointment of Sh. Amit Prasad, Special Public Prosecutor appointed in Case FIR No. 212/2020 dated 22.08.2020 u/s 182/193/420/464/465/466/468/471/472/473/120-B IPC PS Special Cell, Delhi on the following fee structure proposed by Delhi Police vide their letter dated the 28.03.2025:-
