उपधारा (8) द्वारा प्रदा शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए सक्षम प्राधिकारी, एतद् द्वारा श्री अखंड प्रताप सिंह, अधिवक्ता को दिल्ली
पुलिस द्वारा दिनांक 25.03.2025 के अपने पत्र के माध्यम से यथा प्रस्तावित निम्नलिखित शुल्क संरचना पर भारतीय दंड संहिता
की धारा 379/401/468/471/120-ख/34 तथा 3/4 मकोका अधिनियम के अंतर्गत ई-एफआईआर सं0 016133/2024,
पुलिस स्टेशन नांगलोई, दिल्ली (अपराध शाखा द्वारा जांच) के मामले में माननीय परीक्षण न्यायालय के साथ-साथ माननीय
दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय के समक्ष राज्य का प्रतिनिधित्व करने के लिए 'विशेष लोक अभियोजक' के रूप में नियुक्त करते हैं-

F. No. 11/17/H-DOP/2025/393-406.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (8) of section 18 of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the Competent Authority is pleased to appoint Sh. Akhand Pratap Singh, Advocate as Special Public Prosecutor to represent the state before Ld. Trial Court as well as Hon'ble High Court of Delhi in case e- FIR No. 016133/2024 u/s 379/401/468/471/120-B/34 IPC and 3/4 MCOC Act, , P.S. Nangloi, Delhi (investigated by Crime Branch),Delhi on the following fee structure as proposed by Delhi Police vide their letter dated 25.03.2025:-
