सं. 33/गजट/पी.एफ/अधिर्वर्षता/2025.—दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा के अधिकारी श्री ब्रिजेश कु मार गर्ग जो कि वतर्मान में जिला न्यायाधीश, वाणिज्यिक न्यायालय-01, शाहदरा जिला, कड़कड़डूमा कोर्ट परिसर, के रूप में कार्यरत हैं, दिनांक 30 सितम्बर, 2025 (अपराह्न ) को 60 वर्ष की अधिर्वर्षता की आयु पूर्ण करने पर दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा से सेवानिवृत्त हो जाएँगे|
यह प्रमाणित किया जाता है कि श्री ब्रिजेश कु मार गर्ग के विरुद्ध अखिल भारतीय सेवा (अनुशासन एवं अपील) नियम, 1969 के अंतर्गत किसी प्रकार की अनुशासनात्मक/विभागीय कार्यवाही लम्बित नहीं है|

No. 33/Gaz/P.F./Superannuation/2025.—Mr. Brijesh Kumar Garg, Officer of Delhi Higher Judicial Service and presently posted as District Judge, Commercial Court-01, Shahdara District, Karkardooma Court Complex, shall stand retired from Delhi Higher Judicial Service in the afternoon of 30th September, 2025 on attaining the age of superannuation of 60 years.
It is certified that no disciplinary/departmental proceedings under All India Service (Discipline & Appeal) Rules, 1969 is pending or contemplated against Mr. Brijesh Kumar Garg.
