I दिल्ली, 21 मई, 2025 I I दिल्ली माल एवं सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 (2017 का दिल्ली अधिनियम 03) की धारा 15 की उपधारा (5) के अन्तर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल, परिषद की अनुशंसाओं पर, उक्त उपधारा के अन्तर्गत निम्नलिखित आपूर्तियों को अधिसूचित करते हैं, अर्थात्-
(i) ऑनलाइन मनी गेमिंग की आपूर्ति;
(ii) ऑनलाइन मनी गेमिंग के अतिरिक्त ऑनलाइन गेमिंग की आपूर्ति; तथा
(iii) कैसीनो में कार्यवाई योग्य दावों की आपूर्ति ।
2. यह अधिसूचना 01 अक्टूबर, 2023 से लागू होगी ।

No. F. 3 (04)/Fin.(Exp-I)/2025-26/DS-I/444.—In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (5) of section 15 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Delhi Act 03 of 2017), the Lieutenant Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, on the recommendations of the Council, notifies the following supplies under the said sub-section, namely:—
(i) Supply of online money gaming;
(ii) Supply of online gaming, other than online money gaming ;and
(iii) Supply of actionable claims in casinos.
2. This notification shall come into force on the 1stday of October, 2023.
