अभियोजक (सेवानिवृत्त) को फा.सं. 8/95/2020/गृह पुलिस-II/पार्ट फाइल-I (सीडी सं. 001612333) में उपराज्यपाल
दिल्ली द्वारा यथा अनुमोदित निम्नलिखित शुल्क संरचना पर तेलंगाना राज्य से राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार को
स्थानान्तरित मामला, सीटी केस संख्या 65/2019, शीर्षक ''तेलंगाना राज्य बनाम गुलाब कोठारी एवं अन्य'' के मामले में
माननीय परीक्षण न्यायालय, पटियाला हाउस न्यायालय, नई दिल्ली, के समक्ष लंबित मामले का प्रतिनिधित्व करने के लिए
'विशेष लोक अभियोजक' के रूप में नियुक्त करते हैं-
| प्रभावी सुनवाई शुल्क | रुपये 9,000/- 10% लिपिकीय शुल्क |
| गैर-प्रभावी सुनवाई शुल्क | रुपये 3,000/- |
| किसी भी आवेदन, याचिका, लिखित प्रस्तुति, उत्तर आदि के लिए प्रारूपण शुल्क | रुपये 10,000/- 10% लिपिकीय शुल्क |
| तर्क/साक्ष्य/उच्च न्यायालय की सुनवाई हेतु मामले की तैयारी करने के लिए एएसजी/वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधिकारियों/आईओ के साथ बैठक करने हेतु सम्मेलन शुल्क | रुपये 75,00/- |
यह माननीय उपराज्यपाल, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार के अनुमोदन से जारी किया जाता है।

F. No. 8/163/2023/HP-II/463-476.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (8) of section 18 of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the Competent Authority is pleased to appoint Sh. Ravinder Kumar Bhatti, Addl. PP (Retired), as Special Public Prosecutor to represent the case pending before the Ld. Trial Court, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi, in the matter titled as "State of Telangana vs Gulab Kothari & Ors." bearing CT. Case No. 65/2019 being the transferred case from State of Telangana to Govt. of NCT of Delhi on the following fee structure as approved by the Lt. Governor of Delhi in file bearing No. 8/95/2020/HP-II/Pt. File-I(CD No. 001612333):—
