I दिल्ली, 19 जून, 2025 I —गृह मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार की दिनांक 28.06.2024 की अधिसूचना संख्या एसओ 2506 (ई) के साथ पठित, भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता, 2023 की धारा 193 की उपधारा 3 एवं उपधारा 9 के खंड (i) एवं (iii) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल एतद्‌ द्वारा इस सरकार द्वारा जारी दिनांक 01.03.2025 की अधिसूचना संख्या 1/3/2025/गृ0पुलि0-I/स्था0/490-498 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते हैं, अर्थात्‌ः- ''उक्त अधिसूचना के, अनुलग्नक 'क' में क्रम संख्या 11 तथा 12 को क्रमशः 10क तथा 11 पढ़ा जाए। इससे आगे शुरू होने वाली प्रविष्टियों को क्रम संख्या 12 से पुनः क्रमांकित किया जाए।

Delhi, the 19th June, 2025

F. No. 1/3/2025/HP-I/Estt./1945-52—"In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (i) & (iii) of sub-section (3) and sub-section (9) of section 193 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 read with Notification S.O. No. 2506(E) dated 28-06-2024 issued by Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, the Lieutenant Governor of National capital territory of Delhi hereby makes the following amendments in Notification no 1/3/2025/HP-I/Estt/490-498 dated 01.03.2025 issued by this Government, namely:

"In the said notification, in the Annexure-A, serial numbers 11 and 12 shall be read as 10A and 11, respectively. The subsequent entries shall be renumbered starting from serial number 12 onwards."
