फा.सं. डीएचइ.4(11)/5th एसएफआरसी/2021/3217-27.—दिल्ली व्यावसायिक महाविद्यालय या संस्थान (कैपिटेशन शुल्क प्रतिषेध, प्रवेश के विनियमन, गैर-शोषणकारी शुल्क का निर्धारण और समानता एवं उत्कृष्टता सुनिश्चित करने के लिए अन्य उपाय) अधिनियम, 2007 (दिल्ली अधिनियम 8, 2007) की धारा 6 की उप-धारा (3) और (13) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार के उपराज्यपाल, दिनांक 10.04.2023 की अधिसूचना में आंशिक संशोधन करते हुए, इसके द्वारा अनुसूची-1 में निर्दिष्ट शैक्षणिक वर्ष 2024-25 के लिए शुल्क अधिसूचित करते हैं ।
दिनांक 10.04.2023 की अधिसूचना के आधार पर शैक्षणिक वर्ष 2024-25 में कालेजों द्वारा ली गई अतिरिक्त फीस या तो इस अधिसूचना से एक महीने की अवधि के भीतर पूरी तरह से वापस कर दी जाये या शैक्षणिक वर्ष 2024-25 में प्रवेश लेने वाले छात्रों से ली जाने वाली फीस विरूद्ध आगामी शैक्षणिक वर्षों में समायोजित की जाये ।
संशोधन के अतिरिक्त दिनांक 10.04.2023 की अधिसूचना की अन्य विषय-वस्तु यथावत रहेगीं ।

NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 14th July, 2025
F. No. DHE 4(11)/5th SFRC/2021/3217-27.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub sections (3) and (13) of section 6 of the Delhi Professional Colleges or Institutions (Prohibition of Capitation Fee, Regulation of Admission, Fixation of Non-Exploitative Fee and Other Measures to Ensure Equity and Excellence) Act, 2007 (Delhi Act 8 of 2007), the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, in partial modification of Notification dated 10.04.2023, hereby notifies fee for academic year 2024-25, as specified in Schedule I hereto.
The excess fee charged by the colleges in the academic year (2024-25) on the basis of notification dated 10.04.2023 shall either be fully refunded within a period of one month from this notification or adjusted in the subsequent academic years against the fee to be charged from the students admitted in the academic year 2024-2025.
The other contents of the notification dated 10.04.2023 shall remain same except insofar modified hereby.
