फा. सं. 1/02/2025-न्यायिक/अधी0वि0/1406-1408—विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण अधिनियम, 1987 की धारा 22ए के खंड (ख) में निहित प्रावधानों के अनुसरण में तथा काययकारी अध्यक्ष, दिल्ली राज्य विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण की अनुशंसा के अनुसार, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल एतद् द्वारा आधिकारिक राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तिथि से सार्वजनिक हित में निम्नलिखित सेवाओं को सार्वजनिक उपयोगिता सेवाएं घोषित करते हैं, अर्थात :- (i) बैंकिंग सेवा
( ii) गैर-बैंकिंग वित्तीय कंपनियों (एनबीएफसी) की सेवा ( iii) गैस सेवा की आपूर्ति

No. 1/02/2025-Judl./Suptlaw/1406-1408—In pursuance of the provisions contained in clause (b) of Section 22A of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 and pursuant to the recommendation of the Executive Chairman, Delhi State Legal Services Authority, the Lt. Governor, NCT of Delhi is pleased to declare the following services to be Public Utility Services in the public interest with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, namely:-
(i) Banking service
(ii) Service of non-banking financial companies (NBFCs)
(iii) Supply of Gas service
