फा.सं. 6/1/2015-न्यायिक/अधी0विधि/1493-1501—राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली में लागू पंजाब न्यायालय अधिनियम, 1918 की धारा 20 के प्रावधानों के अंतर्गत, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल, दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय की अनुशंसा पर, दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा के निम्नलिखित अधिकारियों को प्रधान जिला न्यायाधीश के रूप में नियुक्त करते हैं, जो निम्नानुसार हैं : -

1. श्री पवन कुमार जैन की उनके कार्याभार ग्रहण की तिथि से नियमित आधार पर प्रधान जिला न्यायाधीश के रूप में नियुक्ति;

2. श्री भरत पाराशर की उनके कनिष्ठ द्वारा कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तिथि से प्रोफार्मा आधार पर प्रधान जिला न्यायाधीश के रूप में नियुक्ति;

3. डॉ. अदिति चौधरी की उनके कार्याभार ग्रहण की तिथि से नियमित आधार पर प्रधान जिला न्यायाधीश के रूप में नियुक्ति;

राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल के आदेश से तथा उनके नाम पर,

F. No. 6/1/2015-Judl./Suptlaw/1493-1501—Under the provisions of Section 20 of the Punjab Courts Act, 1918, as in force in the National Capital Territory of Delhi, the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, on the recommendation of the High Court of Delhi, appoints the following officers of Delhi Higher Judicial Service as Principal District Judges, as under: -

(1) Appointment of Mr. Pawan Kumar Jain as Principal District Judge on regular basis with effect from the date he takes over;

(2) Appointment of Mr. Bharat Parashar as Principal District Judge on proforma basis with effect from the date his junior takes over;

(3) Appointment of Dr. Aditi Choudhary as Principal District Judge on regular basis with effect from the date she takes over; and

(4) Appointment of Mr. Prem Kumar Barthwal as Principal District Judge under next below rule with effect from the date he takes over.
