. . 1/367/DGE/2020/1065—दिल्ली सिख गुरुद्वारा प्रबंधक समिति (निर्वाचकों का पंजीकरण) नियम, 1973 के नियम 3 (1) व नियम 3 (2) के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल दिल्ली सरकार के निम्नलिखित 03 डीसीए अधिकारियों को निर्वाचन पंजीकरण अधिकारी व 01 ग्रेड-I (डीएसएस)/अनुभाग अधिकारी को सहायक निर्वाचन पंजीकरण अधिकारी के पद पर, दिल्ली सिख गुरुद्वारा प्रबंधक कमेटी के सदस्यों के 46 गुरुद्वारा वाडों, जो कि दिल्ली सिख गुरुद्वारा अधिनियम, 1971 की धारा 3 के तहत स्थापित किये गए हैं, के चुनाव के लिए नई फोटोयुक्त मतदाता सूची तैयार करने हेतु तत्काल प्रभाव से सहर्ष नियुक्त करते हैं:

F. No. 1/367/DGE/2020/1065—In exercise of powers as conferred under Rule 3(1) and Rule 3(2) of Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (Registration of Electors) Rules, 1973, the Lt. Governor of Delhi is pleased to appoint the following 03 DCA officers as Electoral Registration Officer and 01 Grade – I (DSS)/Section Officer as Assistant Electoral Registration Officer of Govt. of NCT of Delhi for preparation of Fresh Photo Electoral Rolls for election of Members in respect of 46 Gurdwara Wards of Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee established under Section 3 of Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Act, 1971 with immediate effect:
