की अधिसूचना सं0 एस0ओ0 2740 (ई) एवं दिनांक 21 जुलाई, 2015 की अधिसूचना एस0ओ0 2004 (ई) के
साथ पठित भूमि अधिग्रहण, पुनर्वास एवं पुनःस्थापन में उचित प्रतिपूर्ति एवं पारदर्शिता का अधिकार (सामाजिक
प्रभाव, आकलन एवं अनुज्ञा) नियमावली, 2014 के नियम 4 के उप-नियम (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग
करते हुए राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल एतद् द्वारा भूमि अधिग्रहण जिसे, रोहिणी परियोजना
के लिए भूमि अधिग्रहण करना चाहते हैं।इस उद्देश्य के लिए अधिग्रहित की जाने वाली भूमि, ग्राम प्रह्लादपुर बांगर, दिल्ली के खसरा संख्या 49//9/2 मिन (1-00), 49//12 मिन (3-00) और 49//13 मिन (1-00) की 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] 5 बीघा भूमि है, जिसे दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण (डीडीए), राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार रोहिणी परियोजना के लिए अधिग्रहित करना चाहते हैं। भारतीय लोक प्रशासन संस्थान (आईआईपीए), इंद्रप्रस्थ एस्टेट, ररंग रोड, नई दिल्ली-110002 को अधिसूचना संख्या एफ. 8(32)/17/एलएंडबी/एलए/4827 दिनांक 06/09/2025 के तहत उक्त भूमि के संबंध में सामाजिक प्रभाव आकलन अध्ययन करने हेतु सामाजिक प्रभाव आकलन इकाई के रूप में कार्य करने हेतु घोषित किया गया है।
इसके अतिरिक्त, सामाजिक प्रभाव आकलन का मुख्य उद्देश्य हितधारकों और जनता के साथ परामर्श, आवश्यकतानुसार सवेक्षण और जन सुनवाई करना है। सामाजिक प्रभाव आकलन रिपोर्ट और सामाजिक प्रभाव प्रबंधन योजना की समयावधि इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तिथि से छह महीने होगी और इसे प्रभावित क्षेत्रों में प्रमुख स्थानों पर, यथास्थिति, वेबसाइट, पोस्टर, पत्रक और जन सुनवाई के माध्यम से तथा जिला कलेक्टर (उत्तरी), दिल्ली 110036 के कार्यालय में प्रर्दर्शत किया जाएगा।

NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 6th September, 2025
F. No. 8(32)/17/L&B/LA/4838—In the exercise of the powers conferred by the sub-section (1) & (2) of section 4 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (30 of 2013) read with sub-rule (1) of rule 3 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Rules 2014, read with Govt. of India, Ministry of Home Affair's Notification No.S.O.2740(E) dated 21st October 2014 read with S.O.2004(E) dated 21/07/2015, the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi intends to acquire land for Rohini Project. The land to be acquired for this purpose is (5 Bigha) of Khasra No. 49//9/2 min (1-00), 49//12 min (3-00) and 49//13 min (1-00) of Village Pehladpur Banger, Delhi which the Delhi Development Authority (DDA), GNCT of Delhi intends to acquire for Rohini Project.
Indian Institute of Public Administration (IIPA), Indraprastha Estate, Ring Road, and New Delhi-110002 has been declared for commencement as Social Impact Assessment Unit to carry out Social Impact Assessment Study in relation to aforesaid land vide Notification No. F. 8(32)/17/L&B/LA/.4827 dated 06/09/2025.
Further, the main objectives of Social Impact Assessment are consultation with stake holders and public, survey and public hearing wherever required. The time period for Social Impact Assessment report and Social Impact Management Plan will be six months from date of publication of this notification in the official gazette and same will be disclosed by the way of websites, posters, leaflets and public hearing as the case may be at the conspicuous places in affected areas, and in the office of District Collector (North), Delhi 110036.
