फा. सं. 8(32)/17/एलएंडबी/एलए/4827—गृह मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार की दिनांक 21 अक्टूबर, 2014 की अधिसूचना एस0ओ0 2740 (ई) एवं दिनांक 21 जुलाई, 2015 की अधिसूचना का.आ. 2004 (ई) के साथ पठित भूमि अधिग्रहण, पुनर्वास एवं पुन:स्थापन में उचित प्रतिर्पूर्त एवं पारर्दार्शता का अधिकार (सामाजिक प्रभाव, आकलन एवं अनुज्ञा) नियमावली, 2014 के नियम 4 के उप-नियम (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए उपराज्यपाल, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली दिनांक 23 जून 2017 की अधिसूचना संख्या एफ 8/2/9/2025/ एल एडं बी/एलए/237 द्वारा भूमि अधिग्रहण के लिए सामाजिक प्रभाव आकलन अध्ययन तथा सामाजिक प्रभाव आकलन प्रतिवेदन तैयार करने हेतु भारतीयलोक प्रशासन संस्थान (आईआईपीए), इंद्रप्रस्थ एस्टेट, ररंग रोड, नई दिल्ली-110002 को सामाजिक प्रभाव इकाई के रूप में चि्िन्त करते है, जिसे दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण (डीडीए), राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार रोहिणी परियोजना, नई दिल्ली के लिए गांव र्प्लादपुर बांगर, दिल्ली की खसरा नं. 49//9/2 मिन. (1-00), 49//12 मिन. (3-00) और 49//13 मिन. (1-00) की भूमि का अधिग्रहण करने का प्रयोजन रखते हैं। 5962 DG//2025 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] भारतीय लोक प्रशासन संस्थान (आईआईपीए), इंद्रप्रस्थ एस्टेट, ररंग रोड, नई दिल्ली -110002 भूमि अधिग्रहण, पुनर्वास एवं पुन:स्थापन में उचित प्रतिर्पूर्त एवं पारर्दर्शता का अधिकार अधिनियम, 2013 के प्रावधानों के अनुसार सामाजिक प्रभाव आकलन का अध्ययन इस अधिसूचना के जारी होने की तिथि से 06 (छह) माह की अवधि के अंदर करेंगे।

Delhi, the 6th September, 2025

F. No. 8(32)/17/L&B/LA/4827—In the exercise of the powers conferred by the sub-rule (1) of rule 4 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement (Social Impact Assessment and Consent) Rules, 2014 read with Govt. of India, Ministry of Home Affairs Notification No.S.O.2740(E) dated 21st October 2014, read with S.O. 2004(E) dated 21/07/2015, the Lt Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, is pleased to assign Indian Institute of Public Administration (IIPA), Indraprastha Estate, Ring Road, New Delhi-110002 which was identified as Social Impact Assessment Unit vide notification No.F.8(2)/9/2015/L&B/LA/2373 dated 13.06.2017 to carry out Social Impact Assessment study and to prepare Social Impact Assessment report for acquisition of land which Delhi Development Authority (DDA), GNCT of Delhi intends to acquire land of Khasra No. 49//9/2 min (1-00), 49//12 min (3-00) and 49//13 min (1-00) of Village Pehladpur, Banger Delhi for Rohini Project, New Delhi.

Indian Institute of Public Administration (IIPA), Indraprastha Estate, Ring Road, New Delhi-110002, (Social Impact Unit) shall carry out the social impact assessment study as per the provisions of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement, Act, 2013 within a period of 06 (Six) month from the date of issue of this notification.
