फा0 सं0 6/28/2025-न्यायिक/अधी0विधि/1707.1714.—दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा नियमावली, 1970, अद्यतन यथा संशोधित, के नियम 12 के प्रावधानों के अनुसरण में राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल, दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय के परामर्श से, एतद् द्वारा निम्नलिखित उम्मीदवारों को उनके पदभार ग्रहण करने की तिथि से दो वर्ष की परिवीक्षा अवधि पर योग्यता क्रम में अस्थायी क्षमता पर नियमित पदों के निमित्त दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा के सदस्य के रूप में नियुक्त करते हैं :-

(1)2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] 2. उपरोक्त नियुक्ति पूर्णतः अनंतिम आधार पर हैं तथा संबंधित प्राधिकारियों द्वारा उम्मीदवारों के चरित्र एवं पूर्ववृत्त के सत्यापन तथा उनके जाति प्रमाण पत्र/शारीरिक रूप से अक्षम श्रेणी प्रमाण पत्र, जहाँ भी लागू हो, के सत्यापन के अधीन हैं। यदि सत्यापन से पता चलता है कि अनुसूचित जाति तथा अनुसूचित जनजाति या शारीरिक रूप से अक्षम श्रेणी से संबंधित होने का दावा, जैसा भी मामला हो, असत्य है, तो बिना कोई और कारण बताए तथा झूठा प्रमाण पत्र प्रस्तुत करने पर भारतीय न्याय संहिता, 2023 के प्रावधानों के अन्तर्गत की जा सकने वाली ऐसी आगे की कार्रवाई पर प्रतिकूल प्रभाव डाले बिना, सेवा तुरंत समाप्त कर दी जाएगी।
3. उपरोक्त नियुक्ति दिल्ली न्यायिक सेवा नियमावली, 1970, अद्यतन यथा संशोधित, के प्रावधानों और दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा के अधिकारियों पर समय-समय पर लागू होने वाले अन्य आदेशों/अनुदेशों के अधीन होगी।
4. दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा परीक्षा, 2024 के आधार पर चयनित अन्य उम्मीदवारों की तुलना में दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा में उपर्युक्त उम्मीदवारों की पारस्परिक वरिष्ठता वही रहेगी जो उन्हें दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा नियमावली, 1970, अद्यतन यथा संशोधित, के प्रावधानों के अनुसार चयन समिति द्वारा तैयार की गई योग्यता सूची में दी गई है।
5. इस पद पर दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा नियमावली, 1970 के नियम 19 के अनुसार तालिका 1 के स्तर जे-5 में दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा के सदस्यों का वेतनमान 144840-194660/- रुपये तथा प्रासंगिक नियमों के अंतर्गत स्वीकार्य भत्ते दिए जाएंगे।

NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 12th September, 2025
No.F. 6/28/2025-Judl./Suptlaw/1707-1714.—In pursuance of the provisions of Rule 12 of the Delhi Higher Judicial Service Rules, 1970, as amended up to date, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, in consultation with the High Court of Delhi, is pleased to appoint the following candidates as member of the Delhi Higher Judicial Service against permanent posts in temporary capacity in order of merit on a probation period of two years w.e.f. the date they assume the charge of their offices.

2. The above appointment is on purely provisional basis, and subject to the verification of character and antecedents of the candidate from the concerned authorities and verification of their caste certificate/PH category certificate, where ever applicable. If the verification reveals that the claim to belong to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe or Physically Handicapped category, as the case may be, is false, the services will be terminated forthwith without assigning any further reasons and without prejudice to such further action as may be taken under the provisions of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 for giving false certificate.
[PART IV DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY 33. The above appointment shall be subject to the provisions of the Delhi Higher Judicial Service Rules, 1970 as amended up to date and other orders/instructions as may be applicable to the officers of the Delhi Higher Judicial Service from time to time. 4. The inter-se seniority of the above-named candidates in the Delhi Higher Judicial Service vis-a-vis other candidates selected, on basis of Delhi Higher Judicial Sesrvice Examination, 2024, shall remain the same as assigned to them in the merit list prepared by the Selection Committee in accordance with the provisions of the Delhi Higher Judicial Service Rules, 1970 as amended up to date.
5. The post carries the scale of pay of members of the Delhi Higher Judicial Service Rs.144840-194660 in level J-5 of Table 1 r/w Rule 19 of Delhi Higher Judicial Service Rules, 1970 plus admissible allowances, as are admissible under relevant Rules.
