फा. सं. 3 (30)/वित्त (व्यय-1)/2025-26/डीएस-I/960.— दिनांक 19-08-2025 की राजपत्र अधिसूचना फा.
संख्या 14(101)/एलए/2025/संयु0स0वि0/631-640 द्वारा जारी, दिल्ली माल एवं सेवा कर (संशोधन) अधिनियम, 2025 की धारा 1 की उपधारा (ii) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल एतद् द्वारा निम्नलिखित को नियत करते हैं, -
(क) शासकीय राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तिथि को उस तिथि के रूप में नियत करते हैं, जिसको उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 7, 38 और 40 के प्रावधान लागू होंगे; और
(ख) 1 नवंबर , 2024 को उस तिथि के रूप में नियत करते हैं जिसको उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 से 6, 8, 10 से 31, 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] (ग) 1 अगस्त 2023 को उस तिथि के रूप में नियत करते हैं जिसको उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 32 के प्रावधान लागू होंगे। राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल के आदेश से तथा उनके नाम पर

NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 29th September,2025
No. 17/2024–State Tax
F. No. 3(30)/Fin.(Exp-I)/2025-26/DS-I/960.—In exercise of the powers conferred by of sub- section (ii) of section 1 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2025 issued vide Gazette Notification F. No 14(101)/LA/2025/jtsecylaw/631-640 dated 19-08-2025, the Lieutenant Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, hereby appoints, -
(a) the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, as the date on which the provisions of sections 7, 38 and 40 of the said Act shall come into force; and
(b) the 1st day of November, 2024, as the date on which the provisions of sections 3 to 6 , 8, 10 to 31, 33, 34, 36,37, and 39 of the said Act shall come into force.
(c) the 1st day of August 2023, as the date on which the provisions of Section 32 of the said Act shall come in force
