सं. 81/नियम/डीएचसी.—भारत सरकार के संचार मंत्रालय के द्वारा डाक उत्पादों के पुनर्गठन, जिसके अंतर्गत "पंजीकृ त डाक" सेवा को "स्पीड पोस्ट" सेवा में विलय किया जा रहा है ताकि विकसित होती संचार आवश्यकताओं और तकनीकी प्रगति के अनुरूप परिचालन दक्षता, ट्रैकिग क्षमता और ग्राहक सुविधा में सुधार हो सके , के परिणामस्वरूप दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय, दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय अधिनियम, 1966 की धारा 7 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों तथा इस निमित्त समर्थ बनाने वाली अन्य शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, एतद् द्वारा अधिसूचित करता है कि "पंजीकृ त डाक" शब्द जहां कहीं भी इस न्यायालय से संबंधित और इस न्यायालय द्वारा जारी किए गए किसी भी नियम, अधिसूचना, अभ्यास निर्देशों और आदेशों आदि में आते हैं, तो उन्हें भारत सरकार के संचार मंत्रालय के डाक विभाग द्वारा अधिसूचित "पंजीकृ त डाक" सेवा के "स्पीड पोस्ट" में विलय की तिथि से "स्पीड पोस्ट" के रूप में पढ़ा जाएगा।

Delhi, the 27th September, 2025
No. 81/Rules/DHC.—Consequent upon rationalization of Mail Products by the Department of Posts of Ministry of Communications, Government of India, whereby the "Registered Post" service is being merged into the "Speed Post" service to improve operational efficiency, tracking capability and customer convenience in line with evolving communication needs and technological advancements, the High Court of Delhi in exercise of powers under Section 7 of Delhi High Court Act, 1966 and all other powers enabling it in this behalf, hereby notifies that the words "Registered Post" wherever, they occur in any Rules, Notifications, Practice Directions and Orders etc. relating to this Court and issued by this Court be read as "Speed Post" with effect from the date of merger of "Registered Post" Service into "Speed Post" as notified by the Department of Posts, Ministry of Communications, Government of India.
