(1957 का 66) की धारा 347क की उपधारा (2) के साथ पठित अधिनियम, 1993 (2023 में यथासंशोधित) की
धारा 45घ (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियाें का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल, एतद्द्वारा
दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा के अधिकारी श्री अमित कुमार को अधिसूचना की तिथि से एक वर्ष की अवधि के
लिए प्रतिनियुक्ति आधार पर अपीलीय न्यायाधिकरण, दिल्ली नगर निगम के पीठासीन अधिकारी के रूप में
नियुक्त करते हैं।
राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल
के आदेश से तथा उनके नाम पर,

No. 13(626)/UD/LB/CD 021811815/433.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (2) of section 347A of the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957 (66 of 1957) read with Section 45D(a) of Act, 1993 (as amended in 2023), the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby appoints Sh. Amit Kumar, an officer of the Delhi Higher Judicial Services, on deputation basis for a period of one year with effect from the date of Notification, as Presiding Officer of Appellate Tribunal, Municipal Corporation of Delhi.
