फा.सं.12(2)/डब्ल्यू एंड एम/प्रवर्तन/2023/9310.—दिल्ली विधिक माप विज्ञान (प्रवर्तन) नियम, 2011 में संशोधन करने के लिए नियमों का निम्नलिखित प्रारूप, जिसे राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल विधिक माप विज्ञान अधिनियम 2009 की धारा 2 के खंड (क्यू) के साथ धारा 53 की उपधारा (4) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बनाने का प्रस्ताव रखते हैं, इससे प्रभावित होने वाले संभावित व्यक्तियों की जानकारी के लिए प्रकाशित किया जाता है। इसके द्वारा सूचित किया जाता है कि दिल्ली विधिक माप विज्ञान (प्रवर्तन) नियम, 2011 में संशोधन करने के लिए नियमों के प्रारूप पर राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार द्वारा आधिकारिक राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तिथि से तीस दिनों की अवधि समाप्त होने पर या उसके बाद विचार किया जाएगा।

दिल्ली विधिक माप विज्ञान (प्रवर्तन) संशोधन नियम, 2025 का प्रारूप
1. संक्षिप्त शीर्षक और प्रारंभ:-
(i) इन नियमों को दिल्ली विधिक माप विज्ञान (प्रवर्तन) संशोधन नियम, 2025 कहा जाएगा।
(ii) ये दिल्ली राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तिथि से प्रवृत्त होंगे।
2. अनुसूची XI में संशोधन:-
दिल्ली विधिक माप विज्ञान (प्रवर्तन) नियम, 2011 में, अनुसूची-XI को निम्नानुसार प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा:

NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 13th October, 2025
F. No. 12(2)/W&M/Enforcement/2023/9310.— The following draft of the rules, to amend the Delhi Legal Metrology (Enforcement) Rules, 2011, which the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (4) of Section 53 read with clause (q) of section 2 of the Legal Metrology Act 2009, is published for the information of the persons likely to be affected thereby.
Notice is hereby given that draft of the rules, to amend the Delhi Legal Metrology (Enforcement) Rules, 2011 will be taken into consideration by the Govt of NCT of Delhi on or after the expiry of a period of thirty days from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
The objections or suggestions in this behalf shall be received by the Controller, Legal Metrology Department,, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, in his office at Weights & Measures Department (Department Of Legal Metrology), Plot No-17, Institutional Area, Vishwas Nagar, New Delhi-110032 or on emails: [email protected]&[email protected].
DRAFT OF DELHI LEGAL METROLOGY (ENFORCEMENT) AMENDMENT RULES, 2025
1. Short title and commencement:-
(i) These rules may be called the DELHI LEGAL METROLOGY (ENFORCEMENT) AMENDMENT RULES, 2025.
(ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Delhi Gazette.
2. Amendment of Schedule XI:-
In the Delhi Legal Metrology (Enforcement) Rules, 2011, Schedule-XI shall be substituted as under:
