फा0 सं0 उद्योग/एआई/6/2024/डीसी (डीकेवीआईबी)/167-180.— राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली में यथा विस्तारित हिमाचल प्रदेश खादी एवं ग्रामोद्योग बोर्ड अधिनियम, 1966 (1966 का हिमाचल प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 8) की धारा 3 तथा धारा 4 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, तथा आधिकारिक राजपत्र में प्रकाशित दिल्ली खादी एवं ग्रामोद्योग बोर्ड के गठन/पुनर्गठन हेतु जारी समस्त पूर्ववर्ती अधिसूचनाओं के अधिक्रमण में, ऐसे अधिक्रमण से पूर्व की गई या विलोप की जाने वाली बातों को छोड़कर राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल एतद् द्वारा दिल्ली खादी एवं ग्रामोद्योग बोर्ड का पुनर्गठन करते हैं, जिसमें निम्नलिखित सदस्य शामिल होंगेः

बोर्ड, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली में यथा विस्तारित हिमाचल प्रदेश खादी एवं ग्रामोद्योग बोर्ड अधिनियम, 1966 (1966 का हिमाचल प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 8) के अंतर्गत निहित ऐसे कर्तव्य और शक्तियों का प्रयोग करेगा।
यह अधिसूचना दिल्ली राजपत्र में अपने प्रकाशन की तिथि से लागू होगी।
राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल
के आदेश से तथा उनके नाम पर, बिपुल पाठक, अपर मुख्य सचिव (उद्योग) टीपः दिल्ली खादी एवं ग्रामोद्योग बोर्ड के अध्यक्ष/उपाध्यक्ष/सदस्य से संबंधित समस्त पूर्ववर्ती अधिसूचनाएं इस अधिसूचना द्वारा अधिक्रमित की जाएंगी।

NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 17th October, 2025
F. No. IND/AI/6/2024/DC(DKVIB)/167-180.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 and Section 4 of the Himachal Pradesh Khadi and Village Industries Board Act, 1966 (Himachal Pradesh Act No. 8 of 1966) as extended to the National Capital Territory of Delhi and in supersession of all previous notifications issued for constitution/re-constitution of Delhi Khadi & Village Industries Board, published in the official gazette, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to re-constitute the Delhi Khadi & Village Industries Board, consisting of the following members:

The Board shall exercise such functions and powers as are vested in it under the Himachal Pradesh Khadi and Village Industries Board Act, 1966 (Himachal Pradesh Act No. 8 of 1966), as extended to the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
This notification shall come into effect on the date of its publication in Delhi Gazette.
