फा0सं0 50(04)/डीसी/स्था./2025/804.—गृह मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार द्वारा जारी दिनांक 25 सितंबर 1985 की अधिसूचना संख्या एसओ(ई) 689(ई) के साथ पठित औषधि और प्रसाधन सामग्री (अपराधों का शमन) नियमावली, 2025 के नियम 3 के उप-नियम (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल एतद् द्वारा औषधि नियमावली, 1945 के नियम 50 के अन्तर्गत नियुक्त नियंत्रण प्राधिकारी को आधिकारिक राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तिथि से संपूर्ण राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली हेतु औषधि और प्रसाधन सामग्री अधिनियम, 1940 की धारा 32ख एवं उसके अधीन बनाए गए नियमों के प्रयोजनार्थ शमन प्राधिकारी के रूप में कार्य करने के लिए प्राधि—त करते हैं।

Delhi, the 13th November, 2025
F. No 50(04)/DC/Estt/2025/804.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-rule(2) of Rule 3 of Drugs & Cosmetics (Compounding of Offences) Rules, 2025 read with Notification No. S.O.(E) 689(E) dated 25 th September 1985, issued by Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to authorize Controlling Authority, appointed under rule 50 of Drugs Rules, 1945 to act as compounding authority for the purpose of the Section 32B of Drugs & Cosmetics Act, 1940 & Rules made thereunder, for the entire National Capital Territory of Delhi with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the official gazette.
