फा.सं. 1/47/92-गृह (पुलिस- I)/स्था0/3703 से 3710.—गृह मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार की दिनांक 28 जून, 2024 की अधिसूचना संख्या एस0ओ0 2506 (ई) (फा0 सं0 यू-11030/3/2024-यूटीएल) के साथ पठित भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता, 2023 (2023 का 46) की धारा 2 की उपधारा 1 के खंड (यू) के साथ पठित दिल्ली पुलिस अधिनियम, 1978 (1978 का 34) की धारा 10 के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल एतद् द्वारा निर्देश देते हैं और घोषणा करते हैं कि निम्न अनुसूची में आगे वर्णित क्षेत्र को पुलिस थाना तिलक मार्ग, नई दिल्ली, पुलिस जिला, नई दिल्ली के क्षेत्राधिकार से बाहर रखा जाएगा तथा "पुलिस थाना भारत अंतर्राष्ट्रीय व्यापार मेला, 2025 प्रगति मैदान, नई दिल्ली" नामक एक अलग पुलिस थाना का क्षेत्रीय क्षेत्राधिकार का गठन किया जाएगा, जो 14 नवंबर, 2025 से मेले के समापन तक प्रभावी रहेगा। 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] अनुसूची पुलिस थाना, भारत अंतर्राष्ट्रीय व्यापार मेला, 2025 प्रगति मैदान, नई दिल्ली के क्षेत्रीय क्षेत्राधिकार में निम्नलिखित सीमा क्षेत्र शामिल होंगेः-
| उत्तर | : | सुप्रीम कोर्ट मेट्रो स्टेशन |
| उत्तर और पूर्व | : | तिलक ब्रिज रेलवे कॉलोनी तथा प्रदर्शनी मैदान को भैरों रोड पर रेलवे ब्रिज तक अलग करने वाली चारदीवारी। |
| दक्षिण | : | रिंग रोड/भैरों रोड जंक्शन (छोड़कर) से मथुरा रोड/भैरों रोड जंक्शन (सहित) तक, भैरों रोड पर पुराना किला के पीछे पार्किंग क्षेत्र सहित। |
| पश्चिम | : | मथुरा रोड/भैरों रोड जंक्शन (सहित) से : "डब्ल्यू" प्वाइंट (छोड़कर) तक तथा मथुरा रोड के दोनों ओर इसकेे फुटपाथ। |

NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 13th November, 2025

No. 1/47/92-Home (Police-I)/Estt/3703-3710.—In exercise of the powers conferred under section 10 of the Delhi Police Act, 1978 (34 of 1978) read with the clause (u) of Sub-section 1 of section 2 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (46 of 2023), read with the Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India'sNotification No. S.O. 2506 (E), dated 28th June, 2024 (F.No. U-11030/3/2024-UTL),the Lieutenant Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to direct and declare that the areas here-in-after described in the Schedule below, shall be excluded from the jurisdiction of Police Station Tilak Marg, New Delhi, Police District, New Delhi and shall constitute the territorial jurisdiction of a separate Police Station called "The Police Station India International Trade Fair, 2025, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi" with effect from 14th November, 2025 till the conclusion of the Fair.
SCHEDULE
The territorial jurisdiction of Police Station India International Trade Fair, 2025, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi
shall consist of the areas bounded as follows:-
| NORTH | : | Supreme Court Metro Station |
| NORTH AND EAST | : | Boundary wall separating the Tilak Bridge Railway colony and Exhibition Ground upto Railway Bridgeon Bharion road. |
| SOUTH | : | From Ring Road/Bhairon Road junction (exclusive) to Mathura road/ Bhairon road junction (inclusive) including parking area behind Purana Quilla on bhairon Road. |
| WEST | : | From Mathura Road/Bhairon road junction (inclusive) upto: "W" Point (exclusive) and its foot paths on both sides of Mathura Road. |
