अधिनियम, 1954 (दिल्ली अधिनियम संख्या 7) की धारा 4 के प्रावधान द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का

प्रयोग करते हुए और इस सरकार द्वारा जारी अधिसूचना F.No.28/Addl.LC/Exemp/S&E,

Act,/2021/2438 दिनांक 07 अगस्त, 2025 को अधिक्रमण करते हुए, सिवाय उन कार्यों के जो

किए गए हैं या करने से चूक गए हैं, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल द्वारा उक्त

अधिनियम की अनुसूची-1 में आगे संशोधन करते हैं, जो आधिकारिक राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना

के प्रकाशन की तिथि से प्रभावी होंगे, अर्थातः-

उक्त अनुसूची में ''स्थापना आदि'' के अंतर्गत क्रम संख्या 300 पर विद्‌यमान प्रविष्टि के बाद

निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि जोडी जाएगी, अर्थातः-

प्रविष्टि संख्या	द ुकानों/प्रतिष्ठानों का विवरण	दिल्ली दुकान एवम्‌ संस्थापन अधिनियम, 1954 की धाराएं जिनके तहत छूट दी गई है।	स्थितियॉं
301	शराब की दुकानों को छोड़कर सभी प्रतिष्ठान	दिल्ली दुकान एवम्‌ संस्थापन अधिनियम, 1954 की धारा 14, जहॉं तक यह, कालम 4 में बतायी गई शर्तो के अधीन महिलाओं के रोजगार से जुड़ा है।	1 नियोक्ता को गर्मी के मौसम में रात 9ः00 बजे से सुबह 7ः00 बजे के बीच और सर्दी के मौसम में रात 8ः00 बजे से सुबह 8ः00 बजे के बीच काम पर रखने के लिए महिला कर्मचारी की लिखित सहमति लेनी होगी। 2 . नियोक्ता को काम करने के लिये सुरक्षित हालात पक्के करने होंगे, जैसे दुकान या संस्थापन पर सीसीटीवी लगाना, काम करने की जगह से घर तक आने-जाने का इंतजाम, रेस्ट रूम, अलग वा"ारूम और लॉकर। 3 .नियोक्ता को काम की जगह पर महिलाओं के यौन उत्पीड़न की रोकथाम (रोकथाम, रोक और निवारण) अधिनियम,2013 के नियमों को पालन पक्का करना होगा, जिन्हें समय -समय पर बदला गया है।

NOTIFICATION

Delhi, the 24th November, 2025

F.No.28/Addl.LC/Exemp./S&E,Act/2021/4304-4310.–"In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Section 4 of the Delhi Shops & Establishment Act, 1954 (Delhi Act No. 7) and in supersession of notification 28/Addl.LC/Exemp./S&E, Act/2021/2438 dated 07th August, 2025 issued by this Government, except as respects things done or omitted to have been done, the Lieutenant Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby makes the following amendments further to amend the Schedule-I of the said Act, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, namely:-

In the said Schedule under "Establishment etc." after the existing entry at serial no. 300 the following entry shall be added, namely:-

Entry No.	Description of Shops/establishments	Sections of Delhi Shops & Establishments Act, 1954 under which exemption given	Conditions
301	All Establishments except Liquor Shops	Section 14 of Delhi Shops & Establishments Act,1954 so far as it relates to the employment of women subject to the conditions mentioned in the column 4	(i) The employer shall obtain written consent of women employee for employment between 9.00PM to 7.00 A.M during summer season and between 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM during the winter season. (ii) The employer shall ensure safe working conditions such as installing CCTV in the shop or establishment, transportation from working place to home, rest room separate washroom and lockers. (iii) The Employer shall ensure compliance of the provisions of the Prevention of Sexual Harassment of Women at Work- Place (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 as amended from time to time.
