फा.नं.14011/38/2014-दिल्ली-II- नई दिल्ली नगर पालिका परिषद अधिनियम, 1994 (1994 का 44) की धारा 253 की उप -धारा ) 1) और )2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए कें द्र सरकार एतदद्वारा राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली कीभू -भागीय सीमाओं के भीतर उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 247 और धारा 254 के अंतर्गत अधिमत अपीलों पर निर्णय करने 7465 DG/2025 (1) 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] के लिए अपीलीय अधिकरण का गठन करती है और दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा के अधिकारी श्री अमित कु मार को इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तिथि से उक्त अधिकरण का पीठासीन अधिकारी नियुक्त करती है। [फा.स.14011/38/2014-दिल्ली-II]

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 27th November, 2025

F.No.14011/38/2014-Delhi-II).-in exercise of powers conferred by sub section (1) and (2) of section 253 of the New Delhi Municipal Council Act, 1994 (44 of 1994), the Central Government hereby constitutes the Appellate Tribunal for deciding appeals preferred under section 247 and section 254 of the said Act, within the territorial limits of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, and appoints Shri Amit Kumar, an officer of Delhi Higher Judicial Service, as the Presiding Officer of the said Tribunal, with effect from the date of publication of this notification.
