फा. संख्या 14(101)/एलए/2025/संयु0स0वि0/631-640 द्वारा जारी, दिल्ली माल एवं सेवा कर (संशोधन)
अधिनियम, 2025 की धारा 1 की उपधारा (ii) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र
दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल एतद् द्वारा निम्नलिखित को नियत करते हैं, -
(ंक) 01 अक्टूबर, 2024 को उस तिथि के रूप में नियत करते हैं जिसको उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 35 के
प्रावधान को लागू होंगे;
(ख) 01 अप्रैल, 2025 को उस तिथि के रूप में नियत करते हैं जिसको उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 2 तथा
9 के प्रावधान लागू होंगे।

F.No. 3 (33)/Fin.(Exp-I)/2025-26/DS-I/1151.— In exercise of the powers conferred by of sub-section (ii) of section 1 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2025 issued vide Gazette Notification F. No 14(101)/LA/2025/jtsecylaw/631-640 dated 19-08-2025, the Lieutenant Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, hereby appoints, -
(a) the 1st day of October, 2024, as the date on which the provisions of sections 35 of the said Act shall come into force;
(b) the 1st day of April, 2025, as the date on which the provisions of sections 2 and 9 of the said Act shall come into force.
