फा.सं. 9¼01½@Hkwfe ,oa Hkou@Hkw0vf/k0@2025@7297—गृह मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार की दिनांक 21 अक्टूबर, 2014 की अधिसूचना सं0 एस0ओ0 2740 (ई), दिनांक 21/07/2015 की अधिसूचना एस0ओ0 2004 (ई) के साथ पठित भूमि अधिग्रहण, पुनर्वास एवं पुनःस्थापन में उचित प्रतिपूर्ति एवं पारदिशर्ता का अधिकार नियमावली, 2014 के नियम 3 के उप-नियम (1) के साथ पठित भूमि अधिग्रहण, पुनर्वास एवं पुनःस्थापन में उचित प्रतिपूर्ति एवं पारदिशर्ता का अधिकार अधिनियम, 2013 (2013 का 30) की धारा 4 की उपधारा (1) एवं (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल सड़क के निर्माण हेतु भूमि अधिग्रहण का प्रयोजन रखते हैं। इस प्रयोजनार्थ अधिग्रहित की जाने वाली भूमि ग्राम बरवाल, दिल्ली के खसरा संख्या 47//2 (0-15) (0.063 हेक्टेयर लगभग) की 15 बिस्वा है, जिसे दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण सड़क निर्माण हेतु अधिग्रहण करने का प्रयोजन रखता है। 8100 DG/2025 (1) 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV]

के द्वारा पूर्वोक्त भूमि के संबंध में सामाजिक प्रभाव आंकलन अध्ययन का प्रारंभ करने के लिए सामाजिक

प्रभाव आंकलन इकाई के रूप में घोषित किया गया है।

आगे, सामाजिक प्रभाव आकलन का मुख्य उद्देश्य आवश्यकतानुसार सर्वेक्षण तथा जन-सुनवाई के

लिए हित धारकों तथा जनता से परामर्श करना है। सामाजिक प्रभाव आंकलन प्रतिवेदन तथा सामाजिक प्रभाव

प्रबंधन योजना के लिए समयावधि शासकीय राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तिथि से Ng ekg की

होगी तथा इसे प्रभावी क्षेत्रों में विशिष्ट स्थानों पर तथा जिला कलेक्टर (उत्तर), दिल्ली-110036 के कार्यालय

में, जैसी भी स्थिति हो, वेबसाइट, पोस्टर, सूचना-पत्र एवं जन-सुनवाई के माध्यम से प्रदर्शित किया जायेगा।

NOTIFICATION

Delhi, the 2nd December, 2025

No. F.9(01)/L&B/LA/2025/7297—In the exercise of the powers conferred by the sub-section (1) & (2) of section 4 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (30 of 2013) read with sub-rule (1) of rule 3 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Rules 2014, read with Government of India, Ministry of Home Affair's Notification No. S.O.2740(E) dated 21st October 2014, read with S.O. 2004 (E) dated 21/07/2015, the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi intends to acquire land for construction of road. The land to be acquired for this purpose is 15 Biswa of Khasra No. 47//2 (0-15) (0.063 Hectare approx) of Village Barwala, Delhi which the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) intends to acquire for construction of road.

Indian Institute of Public Administration (IIPA), Indraprastha Estate, Ring Road, and New Delhi- 110002 has been declared for commencement as Social Impact Assessment Unit to carry out Social Impact Assessment Study in relation to aforesaid land vide Notification No. F.9(01)/L&B/LA/2025/7286 Dated …02/12/2025..

Further, the main objectives of Social Impact Assessment are consultation with stake holders and public, survey and public hearing wherever required. The time period for Social Impact Assessment report and Social Impact Management Plan will be six months from date of publication of this notification in the official gazette and same will be disclosed by the way of websites, posters, leaflets and public hearing as the case may be at the conspicuous places in affected areas, and in the office of District Collector (North), Delhi 110036.
