फा. सं. लैब.-एल016/1/2025/4617-4623.—दिल्ली दुकान एवं प्रतिष्ठान अधिनियम, 1954 की धारा 47 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, उपराज्यपाल पूर्व प्रकाशन के पश्चात दिल्ली दुकान एवं प्रतिष्ठान नियम, 1954 में और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात:-
नियम
1. संक्षिप्त शीर्षक – इन नियमों को दिल्ली दुकानें एवं प्रतिष्ठान (संशोधन) नियम, 2025 कहा जा सकता है।
2. नियम 5 का संशोधन -
"नियम 5 का लोप किया जाता है।"

F. No. Lab.-L016/1/2025/4617-4623.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 47 of the Delhi Shops & Establishments Act, 1954,the Lt. Governor is pleased to make, after previous publication the following rules further to amend the Delhi Shops & Establishments Rules, 1954, namely :-
RULES
1. Short title -These rules may be called the Delhi Shops & Establishments (Amendment) Rules,2025.
2. Amendment of Rule 5-
" Rule 5 is omitted".
