उप-धारा (3) द्वारा प्रदत्त शाक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल एतद् द्वारा
आधिकारिक राजपत्र में प्रकाशित इस अधिसूचना की तिथि को उस तिथि के रूप में नियत करते है, जिससे पूर्वोक्त
अधिनियम लागू होगा।

Delhi, the 9th December, 2025

No. DE.15(281)/Act-I/2013/Pt.File-I/9507-9515.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Delhi School Education (Transparency in Fixation and Regulation of Fees) Act, 2025 (Act No. 4 of 2025), the Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby, appoints the date on which this notification published in the official gazette, the aforesaid Act shall come into force.
