लागू पंजाब न्यायालय अधिनियम, 1918 की धारा 20 के प्रावधानों के अंतर्गत, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के

उपराज्यपाल, दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय की अनुशंसा पर, दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा के निम्नलिखित

अधिकारियों को प्रधान जिला न्यायाधीश के रूप में नियुक्त करते हैं, जो निम्नानुसार हैं : -

(1) श्री दिनेश भट्ट, पहले से ही ठीक नीचे के नियम के अंतर्गत प्रधान जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश, यथा

दिनांक 01.01.2026 से नियमित आधार पर प्रधान जिला न्यायाधीश;

(2) श्री अरुण भारद्वाज को उसके कनिष्ठ के कार्यभार संभालने की तिथि से प्रोफार्मा आधार पर प्रधान

जिला न्यायाधीश के रूप में नियुक्त किया गया;

(3) श्री पीताम्बर दत्त को उनके कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तिथि से नियमित आधार पर प्रधान जिला न्यायाधीश के रूप में; 357 DG/2026 (1) 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] (4) श्री संजय गर्ग-II को उनके कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तिथि से ठीक नीचे के नियम के अंतर्गत प्रधान जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश, के रूप में; तथा,

(5) श्री पंकज गुप्ता को उनके कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तिथि से ठीक नीचे के नियम के अंतर्गत प्रधान

जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश, के रूप में।

NOTIFICATION

Delhi, the 16th January, 2026

F. No. 6/1/2015/Judl./Suptlaw/125-133.—Under the provisions of Section 20 of the Punjab Courts Act, 1918, as in force in the National Capital Territory of Delhi, the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, on the recommendation of the High Court of Delhi, appoints the following officers of Delhi Higher Judicial Service as Principal District Judges, as under: -

(1) Mr. Dinesh Bhatt, already Principal District & Sessions Judge under next below rule, as Principal District Judge on regular basis with effect from 01.01.2026;

(2) Mr. Arun Bhardwaj as Principal District Judge on proforma basis with effect from the date his junior takes over;

(3) Mr. Pitamber Dutt as Principal District Judge on regular basis with effect from the date he takes over;

(4) Mr. Sanjay Garg-II as Principal District Judge under next below rule with effect from the date he takes over; and,

(5) Mr. Pankaj Gupta as Principal District Judge under next below rule with effect from the date he takes over.
