राष्ट्रीय राजधानी राज्य क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार GOVERNMENT OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI izf'k{k.k ,oa rduhdh f'k{kk funs'kky; vf/klwpuk दिल्ली, 27 जनवरी, 2026 Qk0 la0 21¼183½@izf'k0 iz'kk0@HkrhZ fu;e ¼MCY;w@,l x.k0 ,oa foKk0½@2022@168.—गृह मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार की दिनांक 13 जुलाई, 1959 की अधिसूचना संख्या जी0एस0आर0 840 के साथ पठित भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा दिनांक 04/7/2014 की अधिसूचना संख्या फा0 21(68)/भर्ती नियम/अनु0/गणित/2008/प्रशि0 प्रशा0/604 के अधिक्रमण में, ऐसे अधिक्रमण से पूर्व की गई या विलोप की जाने वाली बातों को छोड़कर, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से पूर्व परामर्श के पश्चात्, एतद् द्वारा प्रशिक्षण एवं तकनीकी शिक्षा निदेशालय, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार के अन्तर्गत प्रशिक्षण विंग में dk;Z'kkyk x.kuk rFkk foKku vuqns'kd के पद की भर्ती पद्धति के संबंध में निम्नलिखित भर्ती नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात् :-
1- laf{kIr 'kh"kZd ,oa izkjaHk %& (i) इन नियमों को कार्यशाला गणना तथा विज्ञान अनुदेशक भर्ती नियमावली, 2025 कहा जाए।
(ii) ये आधिकारिक राजपत्र में अपने प्रकाशन की तिथि से लागू होंगे।

उक्त अनुसूची के कॉलम (5) से (13) में यथाविनिर्दिष्ट होंगे।
4- v;ksX;rk %&वह व्यक्ति,
(क) जिसने ऐसे व्यक्ति से जिसका पति या जिसकी पत्नी जीवित है, विवाह किया है या विवाह की संविदा की है;
अथवा
(ख) जो एक जीवित पति/पत्नी के होते हुए किसी व्यक्ति से विवाह कर चुका है या विवाह की संविदा कर चुका है,
वह उक्त पदों में से किसी पर भी नियुक्ति के लिए पात्र नहीं होगा।
शर्त यह है कि यदि सरकार संतुष्ट है कि ऐसा विवाह ऐसे व्यक्ति एवं विवाह के अन्य पक्ष पर लागू व्यक्तिगत
कानून के अंतर्गत अनुमत है और ऐसा करने के लिये अन्य आधार हैं, तो वह किसी ऐसे व्यक्ति को इन नियमों
के प्रवर्तन की छूट दे सकती है।
5- f'kfFky djus dh 'kfDr %& जहां राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार का यह मत हो कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक अथवा
समीचीन है, तो वह कारणों को लिखित में अभिलेखबद्ध करते हुए आदेश द्वारा व्यक्तियों के किसी वर्ग या श्रेणी के संबंध में इन
नियमों के किसी उपबंध को छूट दे सकती है।
6- cpko%& इन नियमों में केन्द्र सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय-समय पर जारी किए गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूचित जातियों,
अनुसूचित जनजातियों तथा अन्य विशेष वर्गाें के व्यक्तियों के लिए उपबंधित किए जाने वाले अपेक्षित आरक्षणों तथा अन्य रियायतों
पर कोई प्रभाव नहीं पड़ेगा।

No. F.21(183)/Trg. Admn./RR(W/S Cal. & Sc.)/2022/168.—In exercise of powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India read with Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs Notification Number G.S.R. 840 dated the 13thJuly, 1959 and in supersession of the Notification F.No.21(68)/RR-Instt./Maths/2008-Trg. Admn/604 dated 04.07.2014, issued by the Government except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, after prior consultation with the Union Public Service Commission, is pleased to frame the following Recruitment Rules, regarding the method of recruitment to the post of Workshop Calculation and Science Instructor in the Training Wing under the Directorate of Training and Technical Education, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, namely:
1. Short title and commencement:- (i) These rules may be called the Workshop Calculation and Science Instructor Recruitment Rules, 2025.
(ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
Number of posts, classification and Level in the Pay Matrix:- The number of posts, its classification and the Level in the Pay Matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in column (2) to (4) of the Schedule attached thereto.
2. Method of Recruitment, Age limit and other qualification:- The method of recruitment to the said post, age limit, qualifications and other matters connected therewith shall be as specified in column (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.
3. Disqualifications:- No person,
(a) Who has entered or contracted marriage with the person having a spouse living, or
(b) Who having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted marriage with any person; shall be eligible for appointment to any of the said posts:
Provided that Government may, if satisfied that such a marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and there are other grounds for doing, exempt any person from the operation of these rules.
4. Power to relax:- Where the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient to do so, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, may relax any of the provision of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
5. Saving:- Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled castes and Scheduled Tribes and other specified category of persons in accordance with orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.
