संख्या : 5/नियम/डी.एच.सी.—माननीय मुख्य न्यायाधीश एवं सह-न्यायाधीशगण द्वारा सहर्ष संकल्प किया गया है कि दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय नियम एवं आदेश, खंड V के अध्याय 1 के भाग-च के नियम 1(ग) के अनुसरण में, याचिका/अपील/आवेदन के संस्थापन के समय, प्रतिवादी(गण)/ प्रत्यर्थी(गण)/ विपक्षी पक्षकारों की संख्या चाहे जो हो, याचिकाकर्ता/ अपीलकर्ता/ आवेदक द्वारा ₹1,000/- तथा उत्तर/ प्रति-शपथपत्र/ प्रत्युत्तर दायर करते समय, प्रतिवादी/ विपक्षी पक्षकार द्वारा ₹500/- की एकमुश्त प्रयििा शुल्क देय होगी एवं यह भी स्पष्ट किया जाता है कि एकमुश्त प्रयििा शुल्क में किसी भी प्रकार के अन्य आनुषंगिक उद्ग्रहण/ शुल्क जैसे कि प्रकाशन, ढोल-नगाड़ा, चस्पा, कमीशन इत्यादि संबंधी व्यय का भुगतान अंर्तर्वष्ट नहीं होंगे।
उपयु र्क्त शुल्क, राजपत्र में इसके प्रकाशन की तिथि से देय होंगे।

Delhi, the 24th January, 2026
No. 5/Rules/DHC.—Hon'ble the Chief Justice and companion Judges have been pleased to resolve that in terms of Rule 1(c) of Part F of Chapter 1 of Volume V of Delhi High Court Rules and Orders, one-time process fee of Rs. 1,000/- from the petitioner/appellant/applicant at the time of institution of the petition/appeal/application, irrespective of the number of respondents/defendents/opposite parties and Rs. 500/- from the respondent/opposite party shall be payable at the time of filing the reply/counter affidavit/response and it is clarified that one-time process fee shall not include any other incidental levies / fees such as payment of expenses towards publication, beat of drums, affixation, commission etc.
The above fee shall be chargeable from the date of its publication in the Gazette.
