सं. 08/नियम/डी.एच.सी.— दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय, 1966 (1966 का अधिनियम 26) की धारा 7 सहपठित भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 227 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों तथा इस निमित्त इसे सक्षम बनाने वाली अन्य सभी शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार के माननीय उप-राज्यपाल के पूर्व अनुमोदन के साथ, उच्च न्यायालय नियम व आदेश के खंड-IV के अध्याय-17 में एतदद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करता है:
2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART II—I] उच्च न्यायालय नियम व आदेश के खंड-IV के अध्याय-17 के विद्यमान नियम 3 के उप-नियम (3) के बाद निम्नलिखित उप-नियम (4) जोड़ा जाएगा:-4. ब्रेल लिपि में मुतिि प्रतियों को प्रदान किया जाना। न्यायिक अभिलेख की प्रति प्राप्त करने का अधिकारी कोई भी व्यक्ति ब्रेल लिपि में मुतिि प्रमाणित प्रति के लिए आवेदन कर सकता है।
नोट: यह संशोधन राजपत्र में इसके प्रकाशन की तिथि से प्रवृत्त होगा।

NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 29th January, 2026
No. 08/Rules/DHC.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 7 of the Delhi High Court Act, 1966 (Act 26 of 1966) read with Article 227 of the Constitution of India and all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the High Court of Delhi, with the prior approval of the Lt. Governor of the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, hereby makes the following amendment in Chapter 17 of the High Court Rules & Orders, Volume IV:-
The following sub rule (4) shall be inserted after the existing sub rule (3) of Rule 3 of Chapter 17 of Volume IV
of the High Court Rules & Orders:-
4. Grant of Braille printed copies. Any person entitled to obtain a copy of a judicial record may apply for
certified copy printed in Braille.
NOTE: THIS AMENDMENT SHALL COME INTO FORCE FROM THE DATE OF ITS PUBLICATION IN THE GAZETTE.
