फा.सं. 61 (1455)/प्रतिनिधित्व/सीपीयू/महिला एवं बाल विकास/2020-2021/2027-28.—किशोर न्याय (बच्चों की देखरेख और संरक्षण) अधिनियम, 2015 की धारा 4 (1) तथा किशोर न्याय (बच्चों की देखरेख और संरक्षण) मॉडल नियम, 2016 के नियम 5 (2) के साथ पठित किशोर न्याय (बच्चों की देखरेख और संरक्षण) अधिनियम, 2015 की धारा 2 (59) के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार (संशोधन) अधिनियम, 2023 की धारा 45 (घ) के तहत प्रदत्त भारत के माननीय राष्ट्रपति का अनुमोदन जो गृह मंत्रालय के पत्र संख्या- 14011/23/2024-दिल्ली-l दिनांक 28.01.2026 द्वारा सूचित किया गया है, माननीय उप-राज्यपाल एतदद्वारा निम्नलिखित व्यक्तियों की नियुक्तियां किशोर न्याय बोड् र् के सदस्य सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता के पद पर द्वितीय अवधि कार्यकाल हेतु तत्काल प्रभाव से नवीनीकृ त करते हैंl

732 DG/2026 (1) 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] किशोर न्याय बोड् र् के लिए चयनित सभी सदस्य सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता, किशोर न्याय (बालकों की देखरेख और संरक्षण) अधिनियम, 2015 और किशोर न्याय (बालकों की देखरेख और संरक्षण) मॉडल नियम, 2016 द्वारा प्रदत सभी

शक्तियों व कर्तव्यों का निर्वहन राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली में कानून का उल्लघन करने वाले बच्चों हेतु करेंगे तथा उन के पद की अवधि इस अधिसूचना के जारी होने की तिथि से तीन वषो तक होगी।

F.61 (1455)/Representation/CPU/DWCD/2020-2021/2527-28.—In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 4 (1) of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 and Rule 5 (2) of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Model Rules, 2016 read with Section 2 (59) of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 and with the approval of the Hon'ble President accorded under Section 45 (D) of the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi Amendment Act, 2023 conveyed by Ministry of Home Affairs vide letter No 14011/23/2024-Delhi-I Dated 28.01.2026, the Hon'ble Lt. Governor, GNCTD hereby renewal the tenure of the following Member Social Workers of the Juvenile Justice Boards, for a second term with immediate effect :-

The aforesaid Member Social Workers of Juvenile Justice Boards shall exercise the powers and discharge their duties conferred on Juvenile Justice Boards in relation to children in conflict with law in accordance with the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 and Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Model Rules, 2016 in the National Capital Territory of Delhi. The duration of their appointment will be for a period of three years w.e.f the date of this notification.
