फा. सं. 3(39)/वित्त(व्यय-I)/2025-26/डीएस-I/107.––दिनांक 30-09-2025 को राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग IV, अधिसूचना फा0 सं0 3(31)/वित्त(व्यय-I)/2025-26/डीएस-I/966 में प्रकाशित अधिसूचना संख्या 12/2024- राज्य कर के द्वारा जारी दिल्ली माल एवं सेवा कर (संशोधन) नियमावली, 2024 (इसके पश्चात उक्त अधिनियम के रूप में संर्दर्भत) के उप-नियम (1) के साथ पठित दिल्ली माल एवं सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 (2017 का 3) की धारा 164 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल, परिषद की सिफारिशों पर, एतद द्वारा नीचे दी गई सारणी के स्तंभ (3) में यथा उल्लिखित निम्नलिखित तिथियों को उन तिथियों के रूप में नियत करते हैं, जिन पर उक्त सारणी के स्तंभ (2) में विर्निर्दष्ट नियमों के उपबंध प्रवृत्त होंगे, अर्थात्:—

No. F.3 (39)/Fin.(Exp-I)/2025-26/DS-I/107.— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (3 of 2017) , read with sub-rule(1) of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Rules, 2024 (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), issued vide Notification No. 12/2024-State Tax, published in the Gazette of NCT of Delhi, Extraordinary Part IV, No. F.3 (31)/Fin.(Exp-I)/2025-26/DS-I/966, dated 30-09-2025, the Lieutenant Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, on the recommendations of the Council hereby appoints the following dates as mentioned in column (3) of the table below, on which the provisions of rules specified in column (2) of the said table, shall come into force, namely: ––
