के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदा शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा दिनांक 02.01.1987 की अधिसूचना संख्या फा0.
2(35)/86-एस-II द्वारा अधिसूचित प्रदूषण स्तर परीक्षण निरीक्षक के नियमों के अधिक्रमण में, ऐसे अधिक्रमण
से पूर्व की गई या विलोप की जाने वाली बातों को छोड़कर, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल, संघ
लोक सेवा आयोग से पूर्व परामर्श के पश्चात् एतद् द्वारा परिवहन विभाग, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार
में प्रदूषण स्तर परीक्षण निरीक्षक के पद हेतु निम्नलिखित भर्ती नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्ः-

सरकार, प्रदूषण स्तर परीक्षण निरीक्षक भर्ती नियमावली, 2026 कहा जाए।
(2) ये शासकीय राजपत्र में अपने प्रकाशन की तिथि से लागू होंगे।

वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर इन नियमों के साथ संलग्न अनुसूची के कॉलम (2) से (4) में यथाविनिर्दिष्ट
होंगे।
3- HkrhZ i)fr] vk;q lhek] ;ksX;rk bR;kfn %& भर्ती पद्धति, आयु सीमा, योग्यताएं एवं इससे संबंधित
अन्य मामलें उक्त अनुसूची के कॉलम (5) से (13) में यथाविनिर्दिष्ट होंगे।
4- v;ksX;rk %&वह व्यक्ति,
(क) जिसने ऐसे व्यक्ति से जिसका पति या जिसकी पत्नी जीवित है, विवाह किया है; या विवाह
की संविदा की है या
(ख) जो एक जीवित पति/पत्नी के होते हुए किसी व्यक्ति से विवाह कर चुका है या विवाह का
अनुबंध कर चुका है, वह उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नहीं होगा।
शर्त यह है कि यदि सरकार संतुष्ट है कि ऐसा विवाह ऐसे व्यक्ति एवं विवाह के अन्य पक्ष पर
लागू व्यक्तिगत कानून के अंतर्गत अनुमत है और ऐसा करने के लिए अन्य आधार हैं किसी ऐसे व्यक्ति
को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन की छूट दे सकती है।
5- f'kfFky djus dh "kfDr %&जहां सरकार का यह मत हो कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक अथवा समीचीन
है, तो वह कारणों को लिखित में अभिलेखबद्ध करते हुए, संघ लोक सेवा आयोग के परामर्श से, आदेश
द्वारा व्यक्तियों की किसी श्रेणी या वर्ग के इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को छूट दे सकती है।
6- cpko%& इन नियमों में सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय-समय पर जारी किए गए आदेशों के अनुसार
अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियों, अन्य पिछड़ा वर्गों, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों तथा अन्य विशेष वर्गों के
व्यक्तियों के लिए अपेक्षित आरक्षण, आयु सीमा में छूट और अन्य रियायतों पर कोई प्रभाव नहीं पड़ेगा।

Delhi, the 26th February, 2026
F. No. 4(90)/Admn/TPT/2022/8816.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the provision to article 309 of the Constitution of India and read with the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs' Notification No. F.27/59 Him(i) dated 13th July, 1959 and in supersession of the Pollution Level Test Inspector Rules notified vide notification no. F.2(35)/86-S.II dated 02.01.1987 except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi after prior consultation with the Union Public Service Commission, is pleased to make following recruitment rules for the post of Pollution Level Test Inspectorin Transport Department, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement- (1) These rules may be called the Transport Department, Govt. of National Capital Territory of Delhi, Pollution Level Test InspectorRecruitment Rules, 2026.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Number of Posts, Classification and level in the pay matrix- The number of posts, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualification etc.- The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said schedule.
4. Disqualification- No person,
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:
[PART IV DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY 5Provided that the Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
5. Powers to relax- Where the Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient to do so, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
6. Saving- Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, Ex-Serviceman and other categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Government from time to time in this regard.
