फा.सं. 27/15/2025-न्यायिक/अधी.वि./1254-1256.—विधिक सेवाएँ प्राधिकरण अधिनियम, 1987 (1987 का अधिनियम सं. 39) की धारा 29-A के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 9 की उप-धारा (4) और धारा 10 की उप-धारा (2) के खंड (सी) के अनुसार माननीय दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय के मुख्य न्यायाधीश से परामर्श करने के पश्चात, दिल्ली राज्य विधिक सेवाएँ प्राधिकरण, दिल्ली राज्य विधिक सेवाएँ प्राधिकरण विनियम, 2002 (संशोधन 2021) में संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाता है, अर्थात्: —
(1) इन विनियमों को दिल्ली राज्य विधिक सेवाएँ प्राधिकरण (संशोधन) विनियम, 2026 कहा जाएगा। (2) ये विनियम दिल्ली राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तिथि से प्रभावी होंगे। 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] 1. विनियम 5(2) में संशोधन— "नौ" शब्द के स्थान पर "बारह" शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा।

NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 8th April, 2026
F.No. 27/15/2025-Judl./Suptlaw/1254-1256.— In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 29-A of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 (Act 39 of 1987) and in consultation with the Hon'ble Justice of the Delhi High Court, as required by sub-section (4) of Section 9 and clause (c) of sub-section (2) of Section 10 of the said Act, the State Legal Services Authority hereby makes the following regulations to amend the Delhi State Legal Services Authority Regulations, 2002 (Amendment 2021), namely:-
1. These regulations be called "Delhi State Legal Services Authority (Amendment) Regulations, 2026".
2. They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Delhi Gazette.
Regulation 5 (2):
"The word Nine is substituted with word Twelve".
