फा. सं. डीपीसीसी/(12)(1)(493)प्रयोग0(ए)/2024/पार्ट फाइल-ए/485.—जल (प्रदूषण निवारण एवं नियंत्रण) अधिनियम, 1974 (1974 का केन्द्रीय अधिनियम संख्या 6) की धारा 53 की उपधारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल एतद् द्वारा दिल्ली प्रदूषण नियंत्रण समिति (डीपीसीसी) के निम्नलिखित अधिकारियों को सरकारी विश्लेषक के रूप में नियुक्त करते हैं :
1. डॉ. नंदिता मोइत्रा, वैज्ञानिक-डी, डीपीसीसी
2. श्री. अरविंद कुमार-वैज्ञानिक-बी, डीपीसीसी 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] ये नियुक्तियां दिनांक 29 जनवरी 2025 की अधिसूचना द्वारा पूर्वोक्त अधिनियम की धारा 52 की उपधारा (1)(ख) के अंतर्गत राज्य जल प्रयोगशाला के रूप में निर्दिष्ट उक्त प्रयोगशाला में प्रस्तुत जल, सीवेज या औद्योगिक बहिःस्राव के नमूनों के विश्लेषण के प्रयोजनार्थ की गई हैं।
यह अधिसूचना आधिकारिक राजपत्र में अपने प्रकाशन की तिथि से लागू होगी।

NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 23rd April, 2026
F. No. DPCC/(12) (1) (493) Lab(A)/2024/Pt-A/485.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 53 of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 (Central Act No. 6 of 1974), the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi hereby appoints following officers of the Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC), as Government Analysts:
1. Dr. Nandita Moitra, Scientist-D, DPCC 2. Sh. Arvind Kumar- Scientist-B, DPCC
These appointments are made for the purpose of analysis of samples of water, sewage, or trade effluent submitted to the said laboratory, which has been specified as the State Water Laboratory under sub-section (1)(b) of section 52 of the aforesaid Act, vide notification dated 29th January 2025.
This notification shall come into force with effect from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
