फा. सं. 25(2)/89- स्वा0 एवं परि0 कल्या0/खण्ड II/पार्ट फाइल-1/RPSHFW/49.—दिल्ली होम्योपैथिक (संशोधन) अधिनियम, 1996 (1996 का दिल्ली अधिनियम संख्या 11) के साथ पठित दिल्ली होम्योपैथिक अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का दिल्ली अधिनियम संख्या 11) की धारा 5 के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के माननीय उपराज्यपाल, एतद्‌ द्वारा दिल्ली होम्योपैथिक चिकित्सा प्रणाली बोर्ड के निम्नलिखित निर्वाचित सदस्यों का कार्यकाल अगले दो वर्षों के लिए बढ़ाते हैंः-

No. 25(2)/89-H&FW/Vol.II/ Pt File-1/RPSHFW/49.— In exercise of powers conferred under section 5 of the Delhi Homoeopathic Act, 1956 (Delhi Act No 11 of 1956) read with the Delhi Homoeopathic (Amendment) Act 1996 (Delhi Act no 11 of 1996), the Hon'ble Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to extend the tenure of following elected members of the Board of Homoeopathic System of Medicine, Delhi, for further two years.
