1956 (1956 का दिल्ली अधिनियम संख्या 11) की धारा 3 की उपधारा 2 के खंड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए
राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के माननीय उपराज्यपाल, एतद् द्वारा उक्त खंड के अंतर्गत रिक्तियों के निमित्त निम्नलिखित दो
निर्वाचित प्रैक्टिशनरों को दिल्ली होम्योपैथिक चिकित्सा प्रणाली बोर्ड के सदस्य के रूप में अधिसूचित करते हैं, अर्थात् :-

No. 25(2)/89-H&FW/Vol.II/ Pt File-1/717.— In exercise of powers conferred under sub-section (2)(a) of section 3 of the Delhi Homoeopathic Act, 1956 (Delhi Act No 11 of 1956) read with the Delhi Homoeopathic (Amendment) Act 1996 (Delhi Act no 11 of 1996), the Hon'ble Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to nominate the following two elected candidates as member of Board of Homoeopathic System of Medicine, Delhi:-
