गृह मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार द्वारा जारी

दिनांक 25 सितम्बर, 1985 की अधिसूचना सं0 एस0ओ0 (ई) 689 (ई) के साथ पठित औषधि एवं प्रसाधन अधिनियम,

1940 (1940 का 23) की धारा 21 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल,

एतद्‌ द्वारा अधिसूचना की तिथि से उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनार्थ संपूर्ण राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली हेतु निर्धारित

योग्यताएं रखने वाले औषधि नियंत्रण विभाग के निम्नलिखित अधिकारियों को औषधि निरीक्षक के रूप में नियुक्त करते

हैं, अर्थातः

Delhi, the 21st May, 2026

No. 50(18)/2000/DC/Estt/Part File/174.—In exercise of the power conferred by section 21 of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 (23 of 1940) read with Notification No. S.O.(E) 689(E) dated 25th September 1985, issued by Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to appoint the following officers of the Drugs Control Department as Drugs Inspectors having the prescribed qualifications for the whole of the National Capital Territory of Delhi for the purpose of said Act, with effect from the date of notification. namely:-

3. Sh. Chenugonupalli Arun Kumar Reddy

4. Sh. Mukesh Kumar
